I have finished with the customer care cutie, she asked for my name and account number which I gave her after going through my account she said that the money didnt reflect, that there was no credit from merrybet talk more of reversal, I then asked how I got the text she said it must have been an error. but that the crux of the matter is that Merrybet didnt credit my account at all so I should talk to Merrybet. I said thank you and left. Pls guys what should I do because d money is not even in my merrybet account. I have sent them a mail but no reply from them. What do I do plss. |

friends pls help me. I paid out 3k from my merrybet account since friday and was happy when I got an alert yesterday that my bank account has been credited but within seconds I got another text from my bank saying that the transaction has been reversed. I was like “what.?” I checked my account balance the money wasn`t there again I checked my merrybet account and the money wasnt there either. Somebody suggested sending them a mail which I did but they have not replied for a whole day now. Pls what do I do, who has gone through this kind of thing before kindly advice me. |
