Nairaland / General / What Did U Achieve In 2013 by Double194(m): 6:42pm On Dec 30, 2013 |
As the year draws to a halt, though it calls for celebrations, it still calls for sober reflections. A time to check the dots & cross the t`s with hopes of never repeating them. As for me in 2013, I was able to finally quit smoking for real. Its being almost five months now and I have not felt a single Nicotine rush.[It was very hard initially though] In 2014, I seriously hope to finally quit all forms of gambling, even the “friendly ones” and the get a handle on myself to start plans for my Poultry farm. What did U achieve in 2013 and what are ur hopes for the new year?? |

Fvcking Hypocrites, this is why I hate the Western view on Christianity. Just like the supposed Pastors wife that came to the Grammys almost naked. For the first time, the western media has made me proud standing against Nudity in Christianity. |

The logic is very simple, We only spend on girls that we need on our bed but when it gets to the real deal ie the chick dat U look at a future with then it doesn't go materialistic. It goes straight to the heart. From ur post I guess Uv not met the real one U are still sleeping around. Don't complain. |

Classification and external resources Obstetric fistula diagram ICD-10 N82 ICD-9 619 MeSH D014624 Obstetric fistula (or vaginal fistula) is a medical condition in which a fistula (hole) develops between either the rectum and vagina (see rectovaginal fistula) or between the bladder and vagina (see vesicovaginal fistula) after severe or failed childbirth, when adequate medical care is not available.[1] It is considered a disease of poverty because of its tendency to occur in women in poor countries who do not have health resources comparable to developed nations.[2] Signs and symptoms Symptoms of obstetric fistula include: Flatulence, urinary or fecal incontinence, which may be continual or only happen at night[3][4][5] Foul-smelling vaginal discharge [4][5][6] Repeated vaginal or urinary tract infections [5][6][7] Irritation or pain in the vagina or surrounding areas [6][8][9] Pain during sexual activity [6][8][9] Other effects of obstetric fistula include stillborn babies due to prolonged labor, which happens 85% to 100% of the time,[10] [11][12][13] severe ulcerations of the vaginal tract, "foot drop," which is the paralysis of the lower limbs caused by nerve damage, making it impossible for women to walk,[5][14][15] infection of the fistula forming an abscess,[6] and up to two- thirds of the women become amenorrhoeic.[2] Causes The fistula usually develops as a result of prolonged labor when a cesarean section cannot be accessed. Over the course of the three to five days of labor, the unborn child presses against the mother's birth canal very tightly, cutting off blood flow to the surrounding tissues between the vagina and the rectum and between the vagina and the bladder, causing the tissues to disintegrate and rot away.[2][5][14] Obstetric fistula can also be caused by poorly performed abortions,[16] pelvic fractures, cancer or radiation therapy targeted at the pelvic area, inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis), or infected episiotomies after childbirth.[4] Other potential causes for the development of obstetric fistula are sexual abuse and rape, especially in conflict/post-conflict areas,[17] and other surgical trauma.[14][18] |

Bossforeva: O.P Go for the 2003 Toyota Corolla Since it got more class, fuel economy and all that. Buh if she wants sth with a higher ground clearance why not go for the 2002 Rav4 like many people here suggested. Meanwhile, i doubt whether your budget will get you a good Matrix let alone the Rav4. Add a lil bit to your budget to be on a safer side. Pls how much should I be looking at, I have money earmarked for something else. I don't know if its worth it. |
