Five people are up, of all five, it is highly likely that only one person will leave. How will you see how strong anyone is, when you don't get to see how viewers voted? How will they know the strongest of the survivors? Is it not guess work they will still be doing?

Not really. If you perceived some other HMs the target is paired with on the eviction list to be stronger and the target survives and anyone on your strong list is evicted, then you'll conclude the target is really strong.

Tacha's strategy is wack to say the least but there is a flip side to it.
More than two HMs said they nominated her to see how strong she is with viewers, probably due to her arrogance.
If it turns out she's saved on Monday, no one will want to be on the chopping block with her.
Her nominations could simply fizzle out working to her advantage.
Personally, I'll prefer she's evicted to teach contestants building on social media popularity a lesson.
The viewers still hold the key to who stays in this game and that is the way it should be.
Your popularity on social media shouldn't ever excuse bad attitude IMO.

There are 21 candidates in the house. Maybe half of them are through referrals. Being a referral does not mean you don't audition.

Its the same for when jobs are advertised in the papers. In addition to normal applicants, you get referrals as well from professionals who know someone who might fit in the position. Everyone will be tested for fit though.

But since I am not part of the BB selection team, I am only theorising oh...

Mambi, I know you're not defending them.
Like I said earlier there is nothing wrong with referrals.
My point is; when almost all the referrals are successful then we cannot ignore raised eyebrows.

Kim is still low key on the bolded but unlike general perception that she's stalking Mike, Mike is actually smitten by her beauty but constrained due to his marital status. Tboss was highly manipulative and effective and we know how far it got her. It's early days !!

I don't have issues with that, but why then take thousands of hustling Nigerians through the rigour of audition and per-qualification if there are already filled slots. Are these nominees better than the rest? If all the sponsors also insist on having slots which is not improbable then the selection criteria is a 'frood'.

Nigerians/voters are always out for blood for anyone they perceive as manipulative. TTT is a good example.

I've heard people use the expression to characterised her without actually pointing to anything negative she has done.
You can be positively or negatively manipulative for a selfish purpose.
Let's see if her manipulations are undesirable to her fellow HMs.
Ike is arguably the worst behaved so far by threatening murder, if he can be loved despite, I think everyone deserves
a bit of consideration until they prove otherwise.

Funny how people use the phrase fake accent.
People change their accents at will depending on who they are talking to.
The idea is to help the other person understand you better.
I personally over stress my r whenever I'm talking to an American so as not to keep repeating myself.
Doing that at home will undoubtedly make me sound like a fake clone to a local man.

2nd Round
HMs are to use one hand move cookies with their pegs from a cookie plate to an empty plate by using the cookies to build a single line tower. The Hms with the highest cookie tower standing wins.

Mercy 10, Ike 8, Nelson 8, Khafi 8, have qualified for the next round.

HMs are to pick the buttons with one hand with the other hand behind their backs.
Tuoyo has been disqualified for not adhering to this rule.

HMs are required to pick oil soaked buttons with a peg from a small bowl of water.
The first 4 with the most buttons will move to the next round.

Housemates told to report to the arena. HoH task possibly?

She's trying and quite impressive in her understanding of the house dynamics (processes).
The problem is her stiffness and lack of cohesion with other HMs which ultimately can lead to frequent nominations.
