How did you arrive at that conclusion?
Statistically, 12 votes will be cast between 5 pairs, HoH pair excluded.
The highest any pair can get is 6, meaning 3 pairs can poll 2 each giving us a total of 4 pairs up. (12 Votes)
Optionally, a pair can pull 4 votes and the rest 2 votes each. (12 Votes)
In summary, up to 5 or 4 pairs can be up depending on how the HMs vote.

The idea being implanted was to make her consider the word 'guilty' in its ramification.
Meaning, her relationship with Miracle could be regarded as cheating by her boyfriend and she ought to feel guilty about it.
Whatever Leo had in mind, the bath water had been discarded with the baby.
As a Nina's fan, I will be very happy if she can isolate sex from her relation with Miracle knowing she has so much to lose at the end of the day.
Any advice in this regard in whatever manner that can open her eyes to this fact is very welcomed.

Cee'c got upset with Tobi at the party for dancing with Alex and ended up telling Angel to go and warn Tobi. That if Tobi mistakenly touches her, she would go and report to biggie. As usual, she was just mouthing off but Angel delivered the message. It was like rubbing salt into a festering wound.

Since then, I knew Tobi would pick Miracle over Cee'c if there were no other options.

Oh, so there was a build up to the decision. Missed the party.
I'm not a Cee-C fan on attitude, but her entertainment value is greater than most. Will hate to see her exit this early.

If you truly believes Heritage had a hand in the unpairing, what makes you think your votes will also not be given the unpairing treatment?
Moreover, we don't have a say in who leaves, we can only vote for who stays. A protest vote against Tobi will be difficult to achieve if he's not up against very strong contenders IMO.
