So far, Davido seems to be having a better twilight career than Wizkid, but there are still tens more musicians I'll listen to before streaming either. The song with Omah Lay hit the right spot and pushed him up my list a bit. However, this competition has grown stale.

No report on if he died or not so I'll surmise that he lived.

Hereditary (2018)

I watch horror movies purely for escapism. No matter how scary they get, I tend to forget about the scary sequences or events shortly after I'm done. When people tell me they watch a movie from this genre that scares them for days to the point where they are unable to sleep, I find myself scornfully judging them, especially if it's coming from an adult. But this movie hit a place that all but one other horror medium (a Netflix original series) has never hit before; I think a major reason why is that what was going on around me as I watched bore a striking resemblance to the plot itself, bar the supernatural elements of course. I also think the director Aster is a deeply disturbed human being. It's been a few days since I watched it and have only just been able to shake off the traumatic dust the movie threw at me. 9/10. Strongly Recommend!
