If you visited Japan ,you understand that Japan is so far ahead in technology and how the pay attention to details in making products or machine...

my hats off to them .. Due to their technological talent is why I rate them higher than other countries.....

I am yet to visit Japan, maybe in future I will but that does not mean I don't know things about the country.
Yeah, when it comes to technology they are at the forefront but saying "made in Japan cars will tend to last longer than most machine made in the USA or any other competing countries" is a bit misleading.

If everyone goes by this your analogy, who do you expect to buy your naija-used Uber cars?
Or will you crush them cheesy

Importers ship in cars that they will sell ASAP. Doesn't mean other cars are bad. But cos of the Nigerian terrain and demand.

In Neighboring Ghana, they use lpg+ petrol cars. Not the almighty corollas or Toyota's. Does it mean those cars are not good? It's just what people have accepted and importers, being business men, roll with the flow.

If you talked about landrover freelander, I will agree. Cos that car was produced by the devil.

You are very right. So many people just talk as if they know it all. Insaw where he crossed Hyundai Elantra 1.6L.
Well, i am not in the mood to argue anything cus this is a season of reflection and projection. No time to shalaye

Mehnnn, I use hand cover face in shame for some people.
Some people go below the belt to prove a point, wait o, una no get conscience? Bringing one's family into an issue thats uncalled for, how intelligent does that sound?

Well, not everyone can maintain sanity when exposed to certain vices.

STOP. IT HAF DO. Is it worth it to have this drag on for months? One sentence. "Dru, I feel bad our relationship soured and I apologize."

Some people like the spotlight so they will do anything to keep flaming it.

Wisdom is knowing when to speak and when not to,
Knowing when to draw the sword and when to shealth
Knowing when to stand up for what's right and when to back down for peace to reign
Knowing when to apologize and move on than to break an existing relationship that could be beneficial tomorrow, that's what some people fail to understand.

In all thy asking, ask for wisdom, alot of people need to make this their prayer point

I will continue to do what is right for my business.

If u divert ur weekly rental money for ur personal use, that is dishonesty, i won't continue working with you. Just hug transformer if you don't like it.

Will radautoworks retain an employee that divert workmanship money for personal use?

Plenty of owners has sold off their cars, because they cannot make money, they only realize this after 1 or 2years.

Dis driver started working with me 3weeks ago, have to retrieve the vehicle immediately, he is calm and very manipulative. But was a able to detect his deceit early.

Whenever you close your eyes and open your heart to pray to God, do not forget to ask for the principal thing, which is Wisdom.
Some would pray to have money, forgetting that it takes wisdom to multiply it and when the money finishes they go back to God to ask for more (lack of wisdom)

I am not here to preach, but in a country where the leaders are not making it easy for us, everyone is looking for ways to cut corners, if you find someone who is LOYAL, Honest, you need to appreciate that cus it is not easy.

Just recently, i had a business transaction with a friend, I transferred the cash to him, we got the items, did one or two and we made profit from it. I didnt oversee the transaction as I left everything for him to handle.
Now this is where it gets interesting, when he gave me the breakdown on expenses he made (not the first, second or third time I have experienced this with him), he inflated almost everything, yet we shared the profit equally despite me putting a larger % of the capital. Well I kept quiet. Keeping quiet doesnt make me a fool or less of a man, I chose to ignore. He isnt honest but I still need him

Why am i saying this :

In Business, everyone cant adopt same model, some decisions will be driven by personal experience while some maybe emotional or sentimental attachment.

JP, whatever business model u have chosen, good for you. Your decisions are as a result of making this basically your major source of income (maybe) and you are trying to protect it, I understand that as well, even the bible says where your treasure is lies your heart. The issue alot of people are having with you is the fact you try to shove your model down our throat and make it look like it's the best decision so far. Your fire brigade method might indirectly be taking away something from you, you may not notice it now but in future it prolly would get clearer.

Kudos to everyone contributing positively, you guys are doing well.

You don't call that experience sir, that's failure, as a result of inability to plan ahead.
Lots of Nigerians go into business just because they hear its profitable, without proper feasibility study. They are carried by the returns.

- If Sienna isn't profitable why do we still have thousands out there on the road?
- Why did I conduct the research?
I have many questions for you to proof your claims, but it's needless.

Just like the ehauling business, lots of fleet companies are off the radar, but that same business, there is someone that's making in it with many cars because he has deep understanding of the business.

Until you have a unique SWOT analysis, don't venture into that business.

Good to hear from you once again...

Is it that no one has the morale to go and handle this gazzuzz at his workshop? Too much talk is nonsense!

Who is gazzuzz seff?

Scammer
Fake mechanic
Fake parts seller
Bloody car dealer
Arrogance machine
Warranty dispenser
Plus including dubious and insultive.

Only one person oo.

Now you know his address, you also know what he looks like.

And he just brazenly said he’s working on someone’s vehicle again?

And you’re allowing him to destroy other peoples vehicles?

He must be stopped!

Go to his office and teach him a lesson. Better yet lock his gates in protest. Lets see where the arrogance will come from.

Is it that you’re spineless?
Or taking advantage of affordable data?
Or you’ve tried running him down and he keeps rising like yeasted flour?
Or you’re emotionally attached to Gazzuzz?
Or you’re scared of him?
Or deep down you know at some point you messed up and wanna count ur loss but are deeply peeved that he’s still up and about flexing?
Or your wife said he has a nice voice so you should leave him? (This one happened to me)
Or your case lacks substance to involve the police?
Or you’re just a hypocrite who’s conscience is tormenting?
Or all of the above? angry

If I were in your shoes or am a Prince of Persia, I will deal with him in ways he would not even fathom. I will go to his office and seal up the gates. Disconnect power supply. Seize all his wrenches! As a Prince I’ll go with my kinsmen and show him he messed with the wrong person. Who Is gazzuzz seff?

Now, this is funny...

Remember one of the laws of motion, to every action there is a reaction.
If you go by what you have written, you will end up coughing out a huge sum of money via lawsuit.

I didn't get enough gist in this matter but digging out the profile and information of your customer you had a disagreement with is quite unprofessional.

Any discerning individual will agree with the statement above.

A perfect analogy to this is accusing say GTBank for charging more bank charges than is necessary, indirectly scamming you.
Then GTBank goes ahead to dig up your past profiles and discover that you once put up a few faulty materials for sale.

A more professional way to do this was to clear your name outrightly and not resorting to subtle from of Tu Quo que fallacy just to paint the other aggrieved person black.

Anyone who have not been following these series of threads will get the message that you are just trying to make a damage control.

Peace.

We learn everyday.
I can see a reoccurring issue with attitude.

I didn't want to comment anymore but there's a pattern.

There is a saying that
The success of a company is not within it's 4 walls but on the customers it can keep.

@deedee44

We learn everyday.

I beg to differ.

The success of a company lies within its 4 walls.
Within its 4 walls are the employees, they play a significant role in the success of a company.
If the employees are incompetent, chances are services rendered will certainly be below satisfaction. In the 4 walls of the company, planning, research, analysis, execution are carried out and to come out with a sound decision, you need sound mind. This is more like the foundation, if the foundation is faulty, then a collapse is inevitable.
Decisions, executions, forensic analysis and all that are things that are tackled inside to give a better service.

Whatever is done in the four walls will determine if the clients will keep coming back for a service well rendered.

Buying of engine is a very delicate thing, if any mechanic can give 3months warranty on an engine, then trust me that's a magnanimous act. I would patronize such person with my mind at rest knowing fully well that if it goes south, my money will be returned...

Gazzuzz, u have done well.

My few experiences in my 1 month driving with only Uber.

1. I ride on my way to the office (Lekki to VI), going back home and then weekends. I have done 128 trips (Trips request: 303, Declined: 78, Cancelled: 16)
2. I am currently on 4.81 rating ( 5 Star: 65, 4 Star: 4, 3 Star: 1, 1 Star: 2 (No Nose Mask))
3. Total net earnings: 130,524 (Including fuel)
4. Got a tip of $30 (#14,250) from a rider rushing to the international airport
5. Still struggling to get #4,900 from a woman I also took to the airport but with issues on bank transfer (Jaiz to Zenith)
6. Met different kinds of people, mostly normal. The rides are usually silent with only radio as I do not talk much.
7. I am already developing lower back pain and my odometer reading is just rising at astronomical rate.

How would you rate my 1 month report?
...

You are doing well.

Some people really lack comprehension and doing the aggrieved client no good.

For Gazzuzz to offer a full refund outside warranty period shows a good act of kindness, only an infinitesimal number of people will do such.
