This tooltip fellow prefers to deal with them. I'm sure they've dealt before and elot feels he should understand the business and be considerate.

Weeks ago I responded to and AD of this tooltip time-wasting fellow. I wanted to buy a chunk of dollars which he will pay into a US account and he refused. Even after I offered to pay into his account first.

He simply asked for my nairaland username and refused to deal with me not even considering my age on nairaland and clean record.

He simply hand picks his dealing based on how much noise is made by the potential buyer. How wise is that?
