Dey intentionally posted people far to reduce the number to people that will do the test. My advice. Take that risk,,life is all about risks

stanjohn57: Sashaa, I think Ɣ‎​☺U̶̲̥̅̊ might be wrong. The DB staff said 28yrs during our test and I think they even stopped some ppl 4rm d test who were up to 30,but I may be wrong.

We were told 30 last week saturday

@bimcy I did customer relationship management and hse, dey asked mostly from crm,,lots of ques from dia,,wat is customer service, how do u calm a customer u were avin difficulties wit? Wat is escalation procedure, wat is a unique seling point etc,,
Den about hse,,how do u prevent hazard from hapening in an office then explain briefly about trip and fall..

Some of us r still waiting for interview after passing the test in December. Kindly share some of the interview questions u were asked.

Am a female o!! Lol..its just Gods favour,,I applied and applied last year for diamond test but I was not kald in lagos,,,luckily I was told about dis test in ibadan and I left lagos to gatecrash,,its just a good risk..

Dey asked me questions based on my cv.. Y do u want to work wit db? Mission, vision, wat can you offer, location of work,,it was an interactive session,,d 1st interview was rigorous, dey asked abt my skul, talk about ma project, my life story, minster of finance, minister state for finance, cbn governor, deputy gov and gov of ur state of origin,,den lots of questions about my professional courses,,spent 40 mins on dis one
D 2nd interview was easy, wat do ur parents do, choose among d southwest state u want to work, y do u want to work wit db, it was just an easy talk, about ur background, ur experience,, dis took less dan 15mins

Guys dis like a dream,after two rigorous and tasking interviews, I collected my medicals today!!!
Me and ma friends made it!! Dey dropped some people tou during interviews..
Its like am dreaming! Soo happy..want to thank U guys for your help and care,, God bless U all.
They said after medicals dey will contact us when training skul will start,,thank u guys once again

Nb: most of us that made the interview stages 2day were gatecrashers,,even they said it themselves dt dey r hapi dey alowed us write d test. I scored 25/50 tou,,ma friends 26 & 30 respectively..

So we were told 24 of us passed out of over 1000, and dey didn't even paste d scores,dey only pasted the names of people dat passed.

Guys I passed o!! Am soo api,,dis ma 1st test wit diamond and I even gatecrashed!! All d suferhead under sun yday was not in vain. I got to d venue wit ma friends 6.40, waited till 4p b4 dem alow us do test and all of us passed!!
Dis d power of risk,,don't b afraid to take a risk,,may God help us all

D pple dat pass will do interview tomorow and medicals on monday. I pray I pass this test. We expecting our results soon. This ibadan recruitment is very fast..

sixteen08: @keller1@mowney its paper based 50questions in 50 or 60mins.....20qtv,20verbal,10pattern recognition(logical reasonin).
Gmat shud be sufficient enuf 2 prepare 4 d test....take note of words like teetotaller,belligerent(can't rememba d rest)....also d quantitave is mostly wordproblems,quadratic equations,table analysis(piechart,barchart,graph,histogram etc),number sequence....d verbal is mostly sentence completion,comprehension passage,synonyms,antonyms, etc....d logical reasoning is mostly pattern recognition (don't knw hw 2 xplain dat in writing oooo*scratching my head*)
N:B in most DBank test d first set of questions are usually data/table analysis in which u'll b given a graph/table which would b used 2 answer a given set of questions.....don't waste time attemptin d data analysis cos its a waste of time most times.in order 2 beat d time simply skip dem 4 oda questions n u could attend 2 dem later cos d data analysis usually precede d cheap quantitative qtns which carry equal marks....logical reasonin could be quite logical 2 so I suggest u wrk on ur mental accent.
