Mighty Father we thanks you for today, we thank you for life, for good health, sound mind, for our families, husbands and children.
The thank you for your grace and favour! We thank you for our homes, the food on our tables, the clothes on our backs. We thank you for the gifts of sight, hearing, speech and all our bodily functions.


We pray for your forgiveness for all the sins we have committed, in our words, our thoughts ,our actions ( in all we have done and failed to do) we pray for your grace to lead today as a better day.

Father, we put all families present here into your mighty hands. Guide us and bestow your wisdom upon us as we care for the little ones you have blessed us with.

For all those who have been ill, physical, mental or emotional we pray for your divine healing. We put all those who care for us and our children in to your hands, doctors, nurses, creche and nursery workers. May they make the right decisions always regarding our children.

We pray for a correct diagnosis of our ailments , and effective prescriptions to aid our healing.


For every milestone our children have achieved, we thank you graciously. As it is by your grace and mercy that we are all here.

For every mischief, each new tooth, each crawl, every step, every thing that they have done we praise you for it. For each new day, new week, each month that they have been alive and well we praise your holy name.

For those that have celebrated their birthdays recently we thank you almighty father. We use mama soonest's baby as a point of contact. May they be blessed. We cover them with your precious blood lord jesus, evil shall not befall them. They will always be a source of joy and celebration to their families in jesus' name.

We put those trying to concieve, into your hands, we pray for your intervention on their lives. Grant them the strenght both mental and physical that they need to undergo any treatments required. We pray that you answer their prayers. Protect them for evil and fraudulent people lurking to take advantage of them. Surround them with genuine helpers, advisers and prayer intercessors in jesus' name.


You see all our hearts and know what our deepest needs are. Please meet us at the point of our needs. These and many more we ask. Through the mighty name of Jesus .

*** You should see a gynae for six week check. You'll only see paed if you request to.
**** You need a thermometer and paracetamol syrup. Administer 15mg of syrup to every 1kg of child's weight if baby runs temperature. E.g if baby weighs 5kg, administer 0.75ml. This is only applicable to our local paracetamol e.g panda, emzor that have 100mg/1ml written on them.
Some people give paracetamol 15 minutes before or immediately after the shot, then every four hours after.

Just seeing this,thank u ma'am..i have administered pcm and she's refused to be laid down since we got back except to be carried...motherhood!!

the immunisation site on the thigh may be swollen and hot! Please do not massage just place a wet cool wash cloth to it and give pcm if there's a fever. Expect baby to be cranky just try as much as you can to make her comfortable.

opv 1 and penta1 are to b taken at six weeks.

the hospital i use i was not asked to c the paediatrician, its just immunization.

Weldone Sabi mamas,good work u all are doing here...been a reader for a while now. Pls mamas,address this issues for me;
* my 5weeks old daughter does not poo until my mil put hot water in her anus usu every 4 days (she's exclusively breastfed),what can be done to make her poo regularly without d use of hot water?
** how often is she to have her bath daily?
*** how many diapers is she to use in a day as mil is of d opinion that I waste diapers without I been very soaked
****my daughter has this rash on her brows and inbetween,pls what can be use to clear it? (pix attached)
