I just got a Payoneer card and i can't make Payments with until i receive "additional payments", i majorly make withdrawals into it through Fiverr, so if business doesn't move, i might not be receiving this "additional payment" anytime soon. do you have any idea what the threshold is before i can begin to conveniently send funds to other payoneer users, and is there a workaround to loading funds on a new payoneer card? i head there are restrictions on buying /loading funds into a payoneer account that hasn't received much payments too.

Basically, I think the feature will be enabled once you use the card to make payment above $50. However, I'm not too sure if that's the only way to activate it.
