Politics / #ENDSARS Complaint And Final Nail To Buhari Political Career by Dpackage: 3:11pm On Dec 18, 2017
Nigerian youths since since the era of Jonathan have been very wary and had carefully studied the game politicians played, this stemmed from their approach during elections, and when in office. One of the politicians that is known to play tricks, among the youths includes Dino Melaye, Bukola Saraki, and Femi Fani-Kayode, and while Dino and Bukola are in office as Nigeria awaits their departure from the politics of the country, Femi instead has been known to be a man with twitter fingers using ethnics bigotry to turn youths among themselves.

In the coming up to the elections, President Buhari though aged, was an appeal to the youths, whom at the time were very tired of the numerous corruptions practices by many people in Goodluck Jonathan. People also arrested by the anti-graft agency, EFCC at the time were known to be released after a long time of delayed justice, and when Nigerians have seem to move on with their lives, but at the time, Nigeria youths were wide awake, they have seen it, they know it, and instead of revolution as their African youth counterparts, Nigerian waited for the election period, Jonathan was ousted back to Bayelsa.

Muhammadu Buhari winning in the 2015 election needed no analysis, while corruption was eating up Jonathan presidency, and Nigeria currency was flying to South Africa in Ayo Oritsejafor personal plane, Boko Haram the terrorist group was not helping in the North-East, Boko Haram was the nail in the coffin of Jonathan.

As unknown soldiers run away for their lives, or cry for help to government to give them military supplies and ammunitions as Boko Haram weapons seems to be overpowering them, Nigerian youths hear this cry for help from the once proclaimed "best ground fighters in Africa", but the Military heads siphon the funds, while Jonathan watches these scandals happening in his government.

One of the best way to get to the heart of Nigerians in their scary period is promise them security. A Nigerian might agree to go spend $2 dollar a day out of poverty and be Ok with it, while cursing out the government in his/her abode, but getting stabbed by some brainwashed illiterates while hungry is what a Nigeria won't take.

So back to 2015, the National elections, Nigerians were totally fed up, they were never going to take another four years of poverty mixed with fear, then laced with Jonathan empty promises. Buhari, at the time who had in the past try to get elected as President, was once again presented to the Nigerian people. Buhari was perfect, he was a military person, and in his resume was the extinction of Chadian soldiers who had invaded Borno, something similar to what Boko Haram was trying to do in the North East. go ahead to read it herehttp://www.doynews.com/article/endsars-complaint-and-final-nail-buhari-political-career

Politics / President Buhari And Cabinet, Please Shut Up And Get Us Back On Track by Dpackage: 7:13pm On Oct 02, 2016
Today is another independence day in Nigeria, and this means that Nigeria is now 56 years old as an independent nation, away from its British masters.

Since her independence, Nigeria as a nation has only come in contact with a government that keeps promising her good water, 24/7 stable electricity, Free medical or good hospitals, good road network and better transportation services and less corruption.
[img][/img]

These and many more of those promises President Buhari and his party, APC, promised Nigerians home and abroad. I was excited of these promises, and was happy to get rid of Goodluck Jonathan, who was at that time seems like a place holder in the highest office of the country

I am now personally happy to see Buhari rule this country because if he had failed again, a lot of Nigerians would have believed that [him] presiding over the nation would make it better. At least it is now looking like we as Nigerians are still in the same boat just as we were with Jonathan.

I was furious when I saw the headline of Muhammadu Buhari saying he would continue to blame the past administration for the current economic disarray, he added;

I am going to bore you with what we met. I know that I am being accused in the papers of passing the buck, but passing the buck is sometimes absolutely necessary to remind people who take things for granted.

When we came in, I screamed to high heavens because I had promised a lot while seeking votes.

I asked, where is the saving? There was no saving. There was no infrastructure, power, rails, roads, there was none. What did we spend the money on? I was told (on) buying food and petrol.

Where were the billions going? We conducted a study and found out that the oil marketers were committing fraud on at least one-third of what they were importing, which was about 25 per cent of our foreign exchange.

The youth must watch our elite, especially with the condition in which we have found ourselves. It is unpatriotic for anybody to pretend that economically we have no problem..

I have bored you with this long explanation because there are things that could be hidden from you by those that have mismanaged the country in the last 16, 17 years.

There was no infrastructure, power, rails, roads, there was none: I think we have heard this from your special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina and Lai Mohammed. We are no longer interested to hear about it anymore, it makes an old man sounds like a whining baby.

If you had told us you are going to be in government to whine and talk about the past administration, I would not have canvass votes for you or support your nomination, but you failed many times in getting to that position, and this time we believed you would do a great job,but it seems you are living in your own reality, and your people are telling you that you are doing a great job.

The truth is Nigerians are not after some silence policy, at this time in our democracy, we are into what we can feel and touch, we don't want abstract promises. If your government is doing or investing in anything that will change our lives in a year or two, update us and tell Femi and Lai to stop saying we will appreciate your government in 2-3 years. The truth is that if this government does not deliver promises in few years, look at Goodluck Jonathan.

I started loosing my trust in your campaign gradually when I started seeing Nepotism in your administration, but I don't care about it, as long as Nigerians are getting dividends of democracy, then its all good.

As an avid supporter and someone that supported your campaign, I believe that you should address while we still have incompetent people like Solomon Dalung, Minister of Youths and Sports in the office. That dude is a national disgrace to a country like Nigeria that loves and favours sport.

Why did Mikel Obi have to pay for our boys in Rio Brazil? He does not know between U.S. and Nigeria. How did you make this guy our minister? Is this a return favour for his past deeds to you? This is a guy with no passion in sport, and messing up the sport ministry.

Dalung was not updated about the hiring of the new U-23 super eagles coach, probably the NFF sees that he is a joke.

Why don't you address the recent 91 illegal hired people in Central Banks of Nigeria? Evidence was released, and names was shown on how you and officials directed the CBN to hire close relatives into the CBN,probably why we have the Naira falling down, because we hired frauds, people that have no idea about money management.

It is a joy to always see Kenya developing quietly its own aviation industry, and no doubt, it is a great source of revenue for the Kenya government. Every time I am at any airport and see it, I am always glad, then I snapped like, "Ohh, it is Kenya airline and not Nigeria"

We have more than 10 aircraft with only your government, and It is not clear why you need 10 aircraft at your disposal, and Nigerians have to use ladders and try to catch a flight every time in Nigeria. Airlines in Nigeria treat their passengers with disrespect. They will sell tickets and tell passengers that the plane is full and people cannot get on, and nobody is talking.

Most countries aside from the G8 members all uses commercial flights that are always made for personal use when they are about to travel. Some countries have 2 planes for official use. One for international travels and when they have entourage, and the other for domestic travels alone(probably a small one, Cesna). Goodluck Jonathan had 10, and held on to it, and you promised to sell some of it, maybe re-open Nigeria airways, but till now, nothing to show for it.

The maintenance of your planes cost tax payer 5Billion Naira, but your PR guys said it was only 2.3 Billion, and now we are joking with billions of Naira in this economy Muhammadu, I think your "change" mantle is wearing out, and if you continue with this hypocritical change mantle, you might be the second incumbent president that lost to another opposition, and am not sure PDP would have a chance, unless they are brought Obama or Justin Trudeau for that position.

Okikiade:
@OP, ARE YOU A CRIMINAL? THE SPIRIT OF NAIJA LIVES IN SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST! SOME SECTION OF NAIJA MAY BE CORRUPT, BUT NOT ALL! #IAMNOTACRIMINAL

What do you do to survive? Drugs, Gigolo, scammers, human trafficking...All these are done at a large scale...Other countries do the same...But Nigeria do every week
Politics / #nigeriansarecriminals: A Mockumentary Of A Young Nigerian Abroad by Dpackage: 1:32pm On Feb 10, 2016
Yes, you read that hashtag right, Nigerians are damn criminals, I don't care about being a patriot or cover up lies. Nigerians are the worst criminal abroad and it is hard for both UK/Americans to offer help, and the Nigerian passport is the next thing to worthless.

This is coming days after President Muhammadu Buhari interview with the telegraph, and he said;

Some Nigerians claim is that life is too difficult back home, but they have also made it difficult for Europeans and Americans to accept them because of the number of Nigerians in prisons all over the world accused of drug trafficking or human trafficking.

Ben Murray Bruce, a Nigerian senator and media mogul, took to Twitter and lashed out on the president comment with his own hashtag, #NigeriansAreNotCriminals, and said Nigerians are hard working people, and that his followers who agree they are not criminals should follow his bandwagon to retweet they are not criminals. Nigerians who know nothing like what the president had said, jumped on his bandwagon to write about how they are not criminals and work hard to earn their living. The hashtag in few hours was trending as number one in Nigeria.

I read some of these comments and just laugh about it. Ben Murray Bruce finally shows me he is a politician, not that I have my doubt before, but this is a nail in the coffin for me. I have no hate for him, but he seems to be a twitter finger, more than a motion writing senator recently.

So I have decided to write a mockumentary of Nigerians that have no idea of what President Buhari told Telegraph, and why Nigerians are labeled criminals.

No Country Really Wants Nigerians:
The current situation most Nigerians abroad are facing now is a mixture of racism and hatred. Nigerians are the African-American in any country they live, you can either take it or take it, no other options.

Most Nigerians or people in Nigerian government don't know what Nigerians are facing abroad, because the situation is like the decline of Naira in Nigeria. CBN said it is 198 Naira to 1 dollar, but Nigerian banks are selling for 305 Naira to 1 dollar. The media in Nigeria is not reporting it, the foreign media have no idea about it, even most Nigerians don't know until they come in close contact or need of the dollar.

So the hatred of Nigerians is exactly like the above scenario, the countries Nigerians are staying won't deport Nigerians or will only report few of the their crimes on TV, unless it is a death sentence. So Nigerians or Nigerian government believes it is a bed of roses, meanwhile it is a bed of thorns.

Asking all Nigerians to leave the country will be going against some law countries in the past had signed, bringing unity among nations, hence the embassies. But ask how most Nigerians obtain visas, that is when you know that it is not rice and beans.

I recently read a news on some Nigerians that got busted on Jan 1. One of the suspects, a Nigerian never had visa of that country for a good 9 years. He had come to play football, and since he was not selected, he decided to stay here, hoping for a better chance going forward. So for 9 years, no Visa.

Don't ask the celebrities, instead ask the normal Nigerians traveling around. Whenever they gets to the immigration officials, a new law is immediately announced just for that Nigerian. He will be grilled with questions, even with a visa on his passport.

If he fails any of the questions, it is a victory for the immigration officials, as they will send him back to Nigerian. This sometimes is racism, but Nigerians or like i always say, his ancestor had fuelled racism in that country, and they will take it out on some new Nigerians coming into the country. Do you blame them?

Nigerians Never Add Economic Values To Any Country:
Nigerians are not the only one with issues abroad, a lot of other Nationalities comes into the country and some of them are into skimming, child pornography or mostly paedophiles. A Russian woman was once paid $10,000 in a bank by mistake, and she left the country, talk about God giving you bread, butter and cheese, and later some rib steakLaughing.

What anger most host countries is that, Nigerians are always making their presence known in the country only by having their embassy in that country. After that, the staff in that embassy are useless even to Nigerians they had come to support, so how will they create any sensible thing in that same country.

Nigeria is only the lion of Africa on paper, and football, thanks to Nwankwo Kanu and Okocha. People be like:

Host country: Are you Nigerian?

Me: Yes

Host country: Ohh you know Kanu and Okocha

Me: Yes, Do you know Mikel Obi in Chelsea too (feeling cocky)

Host country: Yes, very good players.

That is all you will ever hear....

Nigerians in other country add no economic values, and countries have known this fact that most Nigerians in their country are there for economic gains only. They had travelled for greener pasture, afterall their government failed them.

Other countries that are not even the "cats" of their continents have added one value or two, either by sending consultants that can develop other countries or send aid in form of Billions, but our own billions of USD are with the Abacha's, and now Madueke's and Saraki's. They are hoarding our money, sometimes i felt like they are the reason for increase in dollars, because they hoard these in their bullion vans inside a pit in their homes, before you start doubting me, ask Tafa Balogun.

You travel around, and you see awesome buildings, and you see this was built by the US government in connection with the bla bla bla government, or you see new ultra-modern hospitals or equipment donated by the Dutch or German government.

Heck, these people even goes to inner counties or province, and sometimes provide running water or bridges that connect the town to cities to aid farmers or their people. These are developmental projects that create solid friendship.

But instead of Nigerian government to do same, the only thing the president is doing is how he can get countries to handover corrupt politicians back to the Nigerian government, Smile, all of us are thieves, both the government and the people. When the government arrest you, then you are the criminal, example like Dasuki, Olisa Metuh, Ibori, Alamieyesigha and the rest.

Who could have expected Dasuki, that short man to distribute $2.1 billion to his other conspirators. I never believed such a short man can use a pen to destroy the country's economy. We add no values to countries at all.

I remember a country that won't give visas to Americans more than 3-months. Americans in that country complained about the new immigration law to their ambassador. The ambassador did not have any meeting, he just wrote a letter for the law to be reverted for Americans, and any Americans working should have at least 1 year, and not 3 months.

The ambassador not only wrote a letter, he gave a 3 months ultimatum for such law to be reverted for Americans. When Americans ask him after the letter, he was at a bar, and said they are working on it (Cocky ambassador, even having beer).

Politics / Shocking Revelation: Governor Fashola Corrupt Practices Uncovered By Ambode by Dpackage: 11:09pm On Aug 11, 2015
Governor Raji Babatunde Fashola was praised on Twitter after he left his administration of Governor of Lagos state, he was praised with his brilliancy and his choices of words, as many recommended him for Vice-president in the past election, while some Nigerians believes he will be an excellent Minister for works if appointed. In this story you are about to read, you will believe all politicians are all the same.

Last week, Governor Fashola name started trending on Twitter after an allegation that he designed a new website for 78 Million Naira ($392,403). A lot of users were raging at what sort of website he was going to build to cost that much. After a few days of rage and talks on Twitter, the firm released a statement saying that the website was quoted 12m Naira only, and the administration had paid less than 10m Naira.

Read their statement :

[i]Our attention has been drawn to the Twitter campaign alleging that the Lagos State Government, led by Governor Babatunde Fashola spent N78m to upgrade the www.tundefashola.com website, a site dedicated to giving citizens unfettered access to the governor’s daily activities and open access to information.

It is imperative to state here that the website in question is not Mr. Babatunde Fashola’s personal website but an official website which reports and documents his official activities as a way of accounting for his stewardship to the people of Lagos State.

While we do not hold brief for the Lagos State Government, the selective loading of contracts awarded and executed by the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency is itself suspect and aimed at a pre-determined end. The statement of the contract line item and the cost ascribed to the website of the agency are therefore misleading and mischievous.

N12.5m was quoted for the upgrade of the www.tundefashola.com website, which includes the complete re-design of all the hundreds of page templates. Meanwhile, the LASG spent less than N10m on this and not N78m being circulated on the social media.

Info Access Plus Limited will provide free technical support for the entire life cycle of the website.

Info Access Plus Limited will manage the contents of the site, which consist of press releases, speeches, photos, videos, etc., for one year.

For a company with such brand and prizes, you will expect a working website. When you find it, please write it in the comment box below.

Employment Not On Merit, Wasteful Permanent Secretaries

You might not see it yet, but Governor Akinwunmi Ambode is trying to clear the wrong of Fashola after he noticed that the former governor had been using 53 permanent secretaries in his administration, and also has been employing people that are friends and colleagues, bring backwardness to the Lagos state civil service. Meanwhile, the Nigerian Federal government has only known to only use 43 permanent secretaries.

Governor Ambode has reviewed the permanent secretaries, and has said all career permanent secretaries go back as directors, while all others that had been employed for political reasons will join their family soon.

Politics / Dino Melaye, The Chameleon Of Nigerian Politics by Dpackage: 9:59pm On Jul 30, 2015
Who Is Dino Melaye? I got to know about Senator Dino Melaye during his first term in the Nigeria senate when he was fighting on live TV, and his cloth torn apart, i just concluded, Ohh, so we elect thugs into the house now, old men that could not use their words, but believe in their fist.

Dino Melaye is a chameleon, and we don't need to be in his camp to know that, he is one of the senators that make other Nigeria senators look like a joke. During his first term in the senate, Dino Melaye was in support of the leader of the house then, Patricia Etteh, who was exposed for awarding contracts for renovations to herself, the renovations were outrightly not needed, so to support Patricia, Dino Melaye fought literally, throwing chairs and tables, and covered with his own blood..

He was later suspended after the fight in the senate. Since then I have watched closely, who is Dino Melaye?, there was a time he had family issues.Tokunbo, his wife moved out of their house because of what she termed, domestic violence. Also, he was accused of extra-marital affair with a Nollywood actress, Bisi Ibidapo-Obe, he denied both allegations.

Family issue is not why am writing this, but just a question of "Who is Dino Melaye?" Dino Melaye is just another man that claims to be fighting corruption in the Goodluck Jonathan era. Even on his Twitter page, Dino-Melaye claims to have a website, anti-corruptionnetwork.org, the website was writing about different corrupt practises in Nigeria, but immediately Dino Melaye won the election of the senate again back in the last general election, the website went offline.

According to the "About website" page on Facebook :

Anti-corruption Network is a registered Non-Governmental, Non-religious, Non-political, Non-profit oriented Organization. It is set up to fight all forms of corruption in Nigeria through enlightenment campaigns, educational materials, exposition of crime and corruption activities of persons, groups, government etc.

Founded by Hon. Dino Melaye, a former member of the house of Representatives of Nigeria, former Chairman House Committee on Information and National Orientation, a social crusader, human right activist, public analyst and politician, on the 20th January 2012, it has succeeded so far in its fight against corruption in the Nigerian society. It was established by progressive minded, committed and dedicated Nigerians.

The Anti-corruption Network has so far served as the voice of the voiceless and masses who are suffering the negative concomitant effect of corruption.
Before the establishment of this Network, there was virtually no group or non-governmental organization with the passion, zeal and sincerity of purpose to confront corruption practices in Nigeria. The Network will frontally investigate, expose and inform Nigerians on all forms of corrupt practices in Nigeria, by Nigerians for Nigerians.

Also, as a dubious politician, Dino Melaye employs the use of social media network to re-appear as a changed man, and a man that will fight corruption to the very end. He hired some gullible Nigerians, and staged different campaign in Abuja during Goodluck Jonathan administration, and also worked with the BBOG campaign organisation headed by Oby Ezekwesili, former minister of Education.

When he came on Twitter, Dino Melaye profile reads :

ACN, Chieftain, former member of the House of Representatives and a human rights activist

Dino Melaye hs done nothing to earn him the title of the self styled, human right activist, probably he is delusional and belives his fuel subsidy march, waging war on Twitter, BBOG campaign makes him a human right activist. Dino Melaye is just like every other Nigeria politicians that honour themselves with "Human activism" after loosing an election.

Politics / Hate Messages:radio Biafra, Why Nigerians And Responsible Igbos Should Ignore It by Dpackage: 12:31pm On Jun 28, 2015
So i heard about a radio Biafra trending on Twitter, i never bothered to check it out, i just feel it is one of those paid for trending topics on Nigeria Twitter, until NBC released a note criticizing the radio messages and asked Nigerians to ignore it and their hate messages.

So I went ahead and listen to the radio for few minutes, i heard people calling in to the on-air program and heard them analysing how Nigerians have abandoned states Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, especially Enugu and the caller was saying, people should go to Lagos and see how they are restructuring Lagos, but government never had anything to do with Enugu, and Enugu people are not doing anything, the caller urged all Enugu citizens to start getting ready to fight and they must secede from Nigeria, they use derogatory terms like Zoo to call Nigeria and Federal Republic of the Animal Kingdom. I also saw a lot of posts by some so-called Igbos on Facebook using the same terms, i was late to hear all this happening, because i don't make friends with just anybody on social networks, so it saved me the embarrassment. The Igbos i have, we all about success and moving on with the good life.

The radio presenters probably believed they are doing Igbos a lot of good by making a radio station online where they can instigate violence and tell Igbo to stand up for themselves, because according to them, "Yorobbers" and the "Fulanis" are enjoying the country more than they themselves and they are denouncing the country, Nigeria.

The truth many of these people don't know is that we all know the start of war, the end is never known, you all feel you can ask people to carry up and ammunition and start killing Nigerians, you feel Nigerians will fold up their arms and start looking, you said you want people to start fighting, but the radio presenters are hiding in the UK/US and instigating Nigerians to hurt themselves. It is 2015, and am not sure why anyone would still harbour such hatred among their fellow countrymen. It is barbaric.

The whole Biafra thing happened and we moved on, Ojukwu came back to Nigeria, his wife is currently ambassador to Spain, and Nigeria's permanent representative to the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), we are integrated, we might not like it, but we have to make Nigeria progress, am sure, well-meaning Igbos will not buy this idea at this year 2015. What is the motive of secession? Why do you want to be a country now? Do you think that will make Igbo states look like the USA in 10-20 years? Have you checked countries that have seceded in the past 10 years, what have they achieved that is giving all the radio callers and presenters a courage to secede. Just last year, Scotland is fighting to remain in the United Kingdom, am sure Scotland as a country looks far better than the Nigeria we all live now, but they want to remain in the UK, Why? They don't want to be independent. In Northern Ireland, 98.9% still want to be part of the United Kingdom as well.

Check out the countries that have seceded in the last 10 years and tell me what is your inspiration for secession. South Sudan, were the latest African nation to shout "Freedom" and were happy for their freedom from Sudan, but they are currently facing economic collapse now and their leader is facing another UN sanction and they have to airlift food to the people living in this place.

Do I Care If The Igbo Leave?

This is not a "Please-stay-we-will-miss-you" post, this is a I dont really care post. If Biafra wants to leave tonight, and my signature is needed, i will sign it immediately, if there is a poll for them to leave, i will also vote for them to leave, Africans always believe in what they can achieve now that will make them happy, never think ahead, it is so sad nobody is also helping them think ahead.

The Biafra war really affected the Igbos, and secession will do them no good, take my words. It will only bring back what happened back in the days of Ojukwu back again.

I am just writing this because of the security problems will have in Nigeria. Instigating people from your online radio is a bad idea. When Ken Saro Wiwa was going to fight for Ijaw people, he faced the red-face Abacha and did it on his father's land, when Ojukwu decided it is time to secede, he did it on his father's land and fight till he could not. When Asari and his boys shouted and were not heard, they did not go to a radio station in USA/UK to fight, they stayed home and organize their troops.

I am not sure they have their real names released to the public yet. They just keep playing hate song and preaching hate messages. I was angry when they said the Igbos should go ahead and start destroying all "Yorobbers" monuments or anything that gives them money. This is hate, and it is time the Nigeria government work with International security agencies to fish them out. The truth is, nobody in Nigeria is scared of Biafra radio or its messages, though that is the way the crew in Biafra radio are feeling now. The government is not looking into it, but this is how we have Boko Haram, ISIS and co. We hope the hate messages can stop after the radio presenters are arrested.

Preach and don't preach violence. It is simple.

Failed old people using ipads and iPhones yet can't understand the times have changed. Still confusing the Delivery service mail man for the old times letter carrier. Well, news flash the times have changed so much that letters are received via emails. Mostly, the delivery man you see only came to drop your KFC orders.

So is the case of the Failed African men and 2014/2015 is tagged "the year of Tite". Tite means SHAME in my local language. Do you remember #EkitiGate? It was basically one of the political career killer of Mr Goodluck Jonathan, because of the rigging and unpariotism that happened in the Ekiti election garnered with threat from Old failed men, need I to say, ultimately it was the PDP party killer. And Musiliu Obanikoro said that he was on Mr Goodluck Jonathan duty (Mr Jonathan). Obanikoro was the masterminder and a centrepiece of that happening, including other teammates like Senator Omisore, Governor Ayo Fayose and others (All failed old men).

Haven plundered the nation hard, yet, they wouldn't take caution in the changing times or even show a display of force humility. Mr Oba, people all over the world campaign for votes, not threatening the people with charms, voodoo and networks of their Godfathers. Times have changed, and we are WATCHING.

My thought is forced to say Names don't mean anything atleast in Nigeria as the case as display lately. You would have thought that Names like OBA**** or OBA of ***** would be patriotic and sane. Don't forget names like Goodluck have turned Badluck in recent times too. Anyway, what's these things with OBA's? OBAnikoro, OBA of Lagos.

Mr OBA whatever, here is an open letter to all the possessor of big names, the times have changed you can't threaten us again. if we can't fight, we would record and we would put you on Global world display.

Now, i need to mention that the way OBAnikoro and team dented the image of PDP, APC has just acquired the same property of shame by its "patriotic father" OBA of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu with his demeaning and backward statement, but more provoking is his threat to a fellow Nigerian.

Wake up, oh ye Old men, it is Nigeria. It belongs to 36 states and 774 local governments and all ethnic groups within its territory irrespective of location of residence. It's a country and it belongs to all. Wake up Old men, the times have changed.

APC needs luck to win Lagos now considering the outrage, Mr OBA has just created, the same way the internet was filled with the change movement is the same way people have moved out to criticize the Oba and his unmannered personality. Go on Twitter and see First Trend and Second Trend here.

By the way, whats the OBA's job? I would have said he should have sat with his fat salary and mind his business, but that's not a familiar discipline in Nigeria. Nigeria, the country that runs both Monarchical and democratic system of government, well, thanks to the times, Change is coming or like my friends on twitter say it, Change has come.

One day, we would have just one system of governance and there would be less power in thewrong hands and more money to move the country forward, perhaps buy new trains contrary to what Doyin Okupe said.

Shall we wish APC Goodluck now considering "Goodluck" means many things in the Nigerian Dictionary? Who should be jegaed? APC or PDP #LagosDecides, Who should be Orubebed, Jimi Agbaje or Akinwunmi Ambode #LagosDecides

Politics / Jonathan Is Not A Hero In The 2015 Elections, He Had No Choice by Dpackage: 10:54pm On Apr 02, 2015
I was going through the news on Doy News and saw the press statement and video released by the outgoing president of Nigeria, President Goodluck Jonathan. I had also seen people congratulating him on being the hero, accepting defeat and not allowing post-violence election. In the statement he released, Jonathan said :

I promised the country free and fair elections. I have kept my word. I have also expanded the space for Nigerians to participate in the democratic process. That is one legacy I will like to see endure

I had seen people writing this on Twitter too, congratulating the heroic style of President Jonathan, but i will like to let Nigerians know, this praise is just unecessary.

The PDP party as a whole have been known to use a campaign strategy since they started in 1999, and have been using it till date, this strategy failed them in 2015. The worst mistake Jonathan made in this election was allowing Professor Attahiru Jega as the INEC (Independent Electoral commission) Chairman.

The issue of PVC (Permananent Voter card) was something i am sure President Goodluck never knew would damage his chances of re-election, it was too late to stop the PVC, and Nigerians are not just on the fence, but are on the frontline in the case of any drama by the ruling party.

The tension of the 2015 election is high and for the first time, PDP was faced with an opposition Nigerians really wants in the seat of power, Nigerians just want something different from President Goodluck Jonathan, the young boy on the street screams change, and this change are not just for APC, these people are yearning for real change in the government.

If you have been following Twitter trends, any trend about General Muhammadu Buhari or APC, trends in less than 30 mins, on each hashtags, you can see young Nigerians telling how what it is like in the present day Nigeria. It is hard. Meanwhile the #GEJWinsIt is a funny and useless trend, people are paid to trend the hashtag. And because they could not find something reasonable to say, you see them asking questions like:

Are you the first son of your parent #GEJWinsIt

Have you failed to brush your teeth before going to work #GEJWinsIt

Is that the trend that will confuse you and i to vote for PDP or GEJ? So from social media, you can feel that President Jonathan is leaving Aso rock.

The cabals in his administrations are just not helping. Sometimes when you hear Doyin Okupe tweets or talk on TV, you appreciate your own father. Femi Fani Kayode might think he makes sense with all his press releases, like me, i just nod my head, people should check out Femi certificate, like seriously. I am not going to touch the Ghana issue, so let's move on.

Another man that cripples the President Jonathan Campaign is Asari Dokubo and his threats. This is 2015, you don't just threaten people and tell them you will burn their house to the floor if they don't allow Jonathan to stay in Aso rock for 8 years, Seriously Asari? .

Mama Peace?? Patience Jonathan, She is a strong woman and I can actually commend her strongwill in going back to the Villa, but Nah, you were about to redefine First ladies, sometimes Michelle Obama saves me from accepting your redefinition. Chai, there is God OOO

Lol, Namadi Sambo, I got to know him during campaigns only. I knew he said Muslims should not vote for General Muhammadu Buhari and Osibanjo because Osibanjo has 5000 churches in Nigeria. Sambo In 2015, common mate.

Nigerians are just tired of the set of people running the government with Jonathan, even if Jonathan is having good intentions, he will not or never survive under those cabals.

So why is he not a hero? Read up the rest of the piece here : http://www.doynews.com/article/jonathan-not-hero-2015-elections-he-had-no-choice

Celebrities / Enmity Between Stella Dimokokorkus And Linda Ikeji Gets Hot, As Laura Ikeji Alle by Dpackage: 8:27am On Mar 21, 2015
The two of the most popular gossip blogs owners in Nigeria, Linda Ikeji blog and Stella Dimokokorkus blog might be in a silent feud and the fan of Linda Ikeji, popularly called libers and Stella Dimokorkus (Have to copy and paste your name) fans, popularly called SDkers are not taking chill at all when they both meet at comment sections.

Ok, this is probably what had happened, Linda Ikeji is a lady that got thick skin and had stepped on a lot of celebrities and probably got called out on Twitter, but she does replies and some she let go. If you think Linda got thick skin, then you yet to meet Stella. where all bloggers are hiding behind shading some image to protect some people, she just says it like that and looks away.

So as Linda Ikeji loves writing about people, she probably likes to keep it solo with her private life, but trust Madam Stella, she will not let that happen. On 11, February 2014, Stella Dimokokorkus shared a news about Linda Ikeji and her Best friend, Egor Efiok. The news saw Stella sharing some picture of the nasty comment left by Linda BFF and she also talked about Linda circumcision while addressing that issue.

Before Stella shared the news of Linda and Egor, Linda Ikeji seems to be a very good fan of Stella as most news that no Nigerian blogger can share goes on the Stella Dimokokorkus blog, serve Stella with lawsuit and see her reply, one word hilarious. But Linda Ikeji does share news from Stella and gives her links back to the story on Stella's blog.

I can confirm that since that news of Linda Ikeji and Egor appearing on Stella's blog, there have been some enmity going on between the two, they will not confirm it, but our sources confirmed the little sub-blogging between the two, and go and check Linda blog, you will never see any news from Stella any more and vice-versa. Both ladies stayed in their own BRT lanes.

Fast forward to 2015. Stella Dimokokorkus shared a news where an anonymous wrote a mail telling her that she does plagiarised from Linda Ikeji blog, and she even goes to the extent of accusing her of getting pictures from Linda Ikeji blog and use it on her own blog.

Stella Dimokokorkus put on her own armour of blogging and fires back at the anonymous writer and even calls out Linda Ikeji.

I really do not know why this harrassment continues...I really also do not know that when a story breaks only one person is entitled to it.. LMAO!

Let me state it here now that when the above referred Blogger started blogging she USED most of my stories ,my original material from Encomium magazine..she would lift it and not give me credit except the ones that would bring her trouble would she boldly attach my name.

i never complained or sued.

Stella has said that she does not care what anybody thinks about what she is doing and also fired a shot at Linda Ikeji that she does take from her when she was getting juicy contents and she will never credits her, but when she lifts newsthat might leads her into trouble, she will then gives credit to her.

Are you surprised? No, Stella will hammer you when she deems fit, either you come as anonymous or God help you, you put your real name for her to see....RIP.

Read the rest of the gist here and how Luara Ikeji added more fire to the enmity: http://www.doynews.com/article/enmity-between-stella-dimokokorkus-and-linda-ikeji-gets-hot-laura-ikeji-allegedly-steps
Politics / Is APC Really A Party That Will Change Nigeria? Who Are The Change Agents? by Dpackage: 1:26pm On Mar 13, 2015
The Nigerian election draws near, and Nigerian citizens and the world at large are watching who will be the country's next ruling president. It is obvious that even as Nigeria Independent electoral commission different names of candidates for the presidential election, Nigerians are more interested between two of the candidates. The incumbent president, Doctor Goodluck Jonathan and the former military ruler of Nigeria, General Muhammadu Buhari.

President Goodluck Jonathan, the people democratic party candidate had adopted the slogan "Transformation" while the APC candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari had used the slogan "Change". The Nigerian electorate on the street and on the internet had shown strong support for their different candidates, different propaganda and manifesto showed up to the face of Nigerians. As the PDP spokesperson once said, if you live your life on the internet, am sure you will agree with me that the APC presidential candidate had won the election. I must give it to the social media campaign manager of APC. The PDP social media manager has been doing a terrible job and not regulating what comes out from the inner circle and this is damaging the credibility of Goodluck Jonathan.

Some of the terrible jobs on the PDP is from Governor Fayose of Ekiti State, the man is a pain to PDP, and also the tearing of membership cards of different top party members like Olusegun Obasanjo. It is like a voodoo on PDP, because everything comes on the internet, the minute it happened. The spokesperson or Aso rock press secretary is doing a bad job to debunk issues like this.

Now, after a whole lot of election brouhaha, let us come back to face reality. One of the strong points the All progressive Congress(APC) has been using against the people democratic party(PDP) is that the ruling party 16 years of ruling Nigeria is covered with corruption, impunity, insurgency and injustice.

We as an different individual have dealt with the issue of PDP/APC based on how level of exposure, religion or ethnicity.

Now let us back up for 20minutes and allow me to take you from where it all started. I want you readers to level with me here as an observer only, not as a PDP/APC fanatics. Forget whether you are a Muslim or Christian, forget whether you are Yoruba, Hausa or Ibo person. I want you to be like me here "Undecided electorate"

The APC agents of change are :

Governor Rotimi Amaechi : This man is also the APC spokesperson and campaign manager. You can check it all on the internet. The Rivers state governor who had claimed that the PDP had been a party ruling Nigeria and destroying for 16 years. The same man was a PDP member for 7 years. He was also the chairman of the governor's forum in Nigeria before their childish separation after the governor forum election.

After the fallout of Rotimi and President Goodluck Jonathan, the man came up on podium and is been shouting "Change" . That is ok, it is the civic right for any Nigerian to choose a party that favours them, but i want Rotimi or the Rivers state electorate to come up with 5 special things that had changed in River state when he was governor. Rotimi Amaechi was part of the party that ruled us for 16 years. He was with them and ruled Rivers state for 7 years under PDP.

So Amaechi knows Nigerian electorates needs change after 7 years he was with PDP? Remember the spat between Patience Jonatan and Amaechi is the reason he dropped PDP.

Atiku Abubakar : This is the man that was Nigeria vice-president for 8 years with General Olusegun Obasanjo. What happened durIng those times? Wait Nothing. So when you say that PDP ruled us for 16 years with nothing to show for it, always remember Atiku had 8 years from those 16 years. Can we trust the man to still deliver.

George Akume : Governor of Benue state for 8 years under PDP.

Bukola Saraki : This family is a political family in Kwara state, their family had ruled different part of Kwara and also as governor. He is a staunch member of APC now and will shout Nigeria needs Change, yadayadayada. But the same Bukola Saraki was a 8 year governor under People Democratic Party(PDP). Also 2 year senator under PDP

In April 2012 the police sent a letter to Saraki asking him to assist in their investigation of a case of "conspiracy, forgery and stealing N21,000,000,000 belonging to Joy Petroleum Ltd." A Federal High Court in Abuja heard a request by Saraki for an injunction preventing the police from arresting him "to protect his dignity and prevent further harassment".[5] At the hearing the counsel for the police alleged that Saraki had influenced the purchase of stocks by the Ministry of Finance of Kwara State in companies that included Joy Petroleum, of which Saraki was the promoter. His wife was linked to the transaction as was Abdulfatah Ahmed, then Commissioner of Finance and now governor of the state. The High Court adjourned the hearing until 22 May 2011 --Wikipedia

I will save you the long story, he was vindicated at the end of the day, most of us know how the Nigeria politics work, be loyal to your master, you will always win. You think it is a lie, ask Stella Oduah,Diezani Alison-Madueke, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha. If you are smart and not loyal, you will get your passport seized and might be under heavy security surveillance, you think am kidding, ask former CBN governor and now Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi.

Timipre Sylva: This was the former governor of Bayelsa, and ruled the state for about 4 years. He recently decamped to APC and has been shouting "Change". The same man had been invited by the Nigeria anti-corruption agency, the EFCC (Economic and crime commission) for different fraudulent transaction charges which also includes money laundering. He is also involved in different eye-popping real estate transaction

Who are the other agents of APC? Read about Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Audu Ogbe, Aminu Masari, Aminu Tambuwal and Obasanjo currently supporting PDP : http://doynews.com/article/apc-really-party-will-change-nigeria-who-are-change-agents

Celebrities / Is D'banj Still Relevant Or A Joke In Nigerian Music Scene? by Dpackage: 10:17pm On Mar 11, 2015
After the split between Don Jazzy and D'banj, a lot of Nigerian music fans have always said that D'banj career is dead, while others have said the young man is not relevant in the Nigeria music industry, so today we try to analyse if D'banj is still relevant in the music scene in Nigeria, or is era is no more in the musical scene..

Dbanj is every artists dream, He is constantly in our face and he has been breaking boundaries away from Nigeria, Africa but to the world. He is the first Nigerian Artist to get signed to Kanye West and even have him on his Oliver twist video, and other good music label mate, Big Sean, Pusha T and others.

D'banj have gotten himself different major distribution deals, he got himself Universal Records in Africa, Mercury Records in the Uk. None of the Nigerian artist had done anything like this, D'banj should be respected in the Nigeria music scene, you cannot write the Nigerian music history without writing 2 pages about D'banj. He still signed a deal with one of the biggest telecommunication company in Africa, Globalcom, the richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote endorsed him and also he is working on a campaign with Bill Gates.

Do you know Oliver Twist is one of the most played songs outside of Nigeria by any UK radio. The whole of Europe, USA were all dancing to the Oliver Twist song.He is one of the pioneers of Nigerian music, he placed it on the map. #FactOnly. He also brought Good music crew to Nigeria, Pusha T, Big Sean, and other artists like 2Chainz and the TV reality star, Amber Rose.

Travel / Straight Talk:a Nigeria Passport Or Iranian Passport, Which One Would You Choose by Dpackage: 5:37pm On Mar 09, 2015
There was a little discussion about which country passport, you would like to have as a person. Nigerians have always faced difficulty with their green passport in most part of the world due to what it's citizens have done and attract not much of a respect, Iranian on the other hands are more attributed to war, and a lot of people still remembers its war with Iraq, even though the country is bouncing back.

so on the first edition of straight talk, we decide to speak with a Nigerian on the type of passport he would prefer, considering the 2 countries are looked down upon. This is a personal opinion and you can comment to say what you think about it.

Iran seems to be getting it right, but Nigeria is on the verge of electing a new leader and corruption is the menu of the day in Nigeria. As a Nigeria in diaspora, and as the treatment you subjected to every time you away from home. Which of the 2 country passport would you prefer to hold.

Have you had an encounter with the embassy of Nigeria before in any part of this world? , What you are about to read is the collaborative investigation of the embassies of Nigeria in different part of the world.I think it is safe to say this is the only institution the Nigeria government funds, and it is a complete waste of resources for Nigerians in diaspora.

The responsibilities of Nigeria embassies cannot be established, what they do, i don't know.Just some people in AC buses, AC offices, and wants you to call them Daddy/Mummy. They bring no growth to Nigerians in diaspora or Nigeria as a country. I stand to be corrected on this, if you can debate that, let me have your say.

If Nigerian citizens in the UK, Russia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Ireland, Canada, Thailand, Senegal and some other countries are all complaining,I think it is safe to say, Nigerian embassies are a waste of funds. I have been able to depend on the leadership of Nigerian association committees for help rather than the Nigerian embassy : A building of educated zombies...

At different times, Nigerian embassies have done nothing to help the Nigerians abroad, rather make more difficult. In this post you are about to read, am going to analyse some Nigerian embassy and how they had frustrated Nigerians in diaspora.

Nigeria Embassy,Canada: These embassies have been in the news for the wrong reasons. They came up around 2013 on national news in Canada, when some Nigerians had gone to the embassy only to find out that the embassy was locked and appointment was canceled without prior notification. This was the same embassy that had assured people to come to Ottawa for their passport re-issuing, need not to say that people had travelled from distanced locations within Canada spending lots of cash on transporation.

The truth is that the Nigerian government is happy to fund old men and incompetent women to different embassies, but failed to equip them with the fundamental skills, including ICT. They could not even give a pop-up on their website a week to the appointement cancellation of the Nigerians or giving them a courtesy call. It is very unfortunate, if you don't have the website administrator of your website, hire someone.

The Nigerian embassy crew must know this, when you are in Rome, act like a roman. This is the 21st century, you are either in the digital age, or go back to Nigeria and shuffle paper forms. Though, a video was released to counter this report, between reasonable Nigerians, it is all lies. The embassy crew lied, they hired the Nigeria association president in Ottawa to lied (I am disappointed). I am sure Ojo Maduekwe don't know the embassy website. He was blabbing throughout the interview.

Nigeria Embassy In Dublin : If you are travelling to Dublin,Ireland or you are a Nigerian living in Dublin, please be informed that you must be extra careful about people all around you. The Nigeria embassy here just like others is just a building of old men that have no idea about their responsibility.

Do you know at least every week, 1 or more Nigerian is said to be murdered in Dublin? I am yet to read about this in any Nigerian dailies or heard the embassy trying to investigate what happened. If you pick up your phone and talk to them, the ambassador or his crew will likely tell you that the people killed are drug dealers or doing illegal business. That is the way the Nigerian embassy looks at his own citizens, if you don't tell them what you do in 2 minutes you are there, you will notice their faces looking like you are about to rob them.

Do you remember the Aisha Falode case? During her interview on Sahara Tv said that:

The Nigerian Embassy have not been much of a help to it's citizens. When I met with the ambassador of Nigeria in Dubai, i was told that my son is just number 5 of the Nigerians that died a similar death that same week.

What information have the Nigerian Embassy passed out to parents sending their kids to Dubai? When they have such information, I think they should share the news to parents that are thinking of bringing their kids to Dubai. That is one of the reasons for embassy in a country. People should know that there is a dark side in Dubai. And the glittering and beautiful building is what they want the world to see,
Aisha Falode said.

I want to get this information out and get justice for my son. I don't want to visit Dubai again, but i want to do this for Nigerian youth and let them know what is going on in Dubai.

Can you see what the ambassador just revealed to Aisha. The embassy is yet to reveal this to Nigerians, but will prefer Nigerian youths keep going and dying in Dublin.

Nigeria Embassy In Thailand: I am still trying to figure out why Nigeria has an embassy in Thailand. I just don't get it. I guess after Dublin, this place is another place Nigerians die like their lives don't matter without no proper investigations. The duty of the embassy here is not needed, and should be closed.

In a situation like Thailand, the association of Nigerians in Thailand seems to be doing a better job than the embassy, the old men/women can go home now. Go on youtube and type Nigeria embassy Thailand.

From a reliable source, the crew at the embassy are also involved in drug dealings. They are using some jobless Nigerians for their trade...We will investigate this news.

Nigeria Embassy In Turkey: Just like other embassies, the consular crew there is known for its very poor services to the Nigerian citizens. They have been accused of not discharging their duties in Turkey. Nigerian embassy in Turkey doesn't even have a website. Nigerians are not allowed inside the embassy.

Nigeria Embassy In Senegal: I came across a video in 2013, about how some Nigerians vandalized the embassy in Senegal. You can see the frustration and anger as they break down office windows, cars and many more. They had requested that their friend who is at the embassy be released by the Senegalese authority, and the deceased will be released on the embassy authority, but instead of the consular to find a day to do that, they won't and that was the result of the video.

Moreover, it is a shame that when host countries calls a Nigerian, drug addict or a fraud. Nigerians accept it and move on, but what is degrading is when your embassy where you believed you get comfort use the same name and attitude on you. The Nigerian embassies crew won't ask about how you survive, if you are a Nigerian in the embassy, you are definitely a fraud or drug smuggler.

How can you make the host country support you if your own country denies your existence. The crew travelling from Nigeria needs orientation before travelling. They shouldn't bring people that lacks knowledge of their own responsibility to the Nigerian embassy.

Nigeria Embassy In Malaysia: Since paying direct cash is one of the way of getting things done in Nigeria, the Nigeria embassy in Malaysia have been denied of this corrupt opportunities. So you will be unlucky to go to the embassy to get a new passport. You will need to pay online, that also means that the embassy will not be having his own cut.

The Nigeria embassy in Malaysia will ask you to pay double the amount of the passport fee if you find it difficult to pay online. The current price online is $106.00, that does not include VAT. But when you decided to pay cash at the embassy, the embassy would ask you to pay $250.00. The $150 is for transfer as they said someone at the embassy will need to use his card and will pay charges when paying on your behalf.

Now the funny thing about the old people at the embassy is that they play on your intelligence, and one of the things you enjoy as a writer and a lover of liars is when someone at the age of 40 is saying things you know are lies, but you enjoyed it anyways because you know a fool at the age of 40, well you can go figure.

The issue of payment is the lowest issue you are going to face, there is another issue of getting your data accurately captured. The Nigeria embassy will tell you the machine could not get your data, the same data he/she captured himself and told you to go home, because it is fine.

The embassy crew had infected the Malaysians working at the embassy because if you tell them you are a Nigerian, without saying a title like, Dr, Engineer or Professor. They will hang up on you. It happened to me 4 times, so most times, i am an engineer, so my calls could get through. When your call get through to the any of the offices, you will have no response and later the phone will be hanged up again.

After scraping their information on the internet on the internet, i was told to forward an email to their official email address. Well, i did that and no reply for another 2 months. This is the embassy representing its citizens?

Nigeria Embassy In Vietnam: This is probably the worst embassy. The embassy is a complete waste of land in Vietnam and had been of no use since it was established by Ex-president, Olusegun Obasanjo. The former president had created this embassy to grow business between the two countries when he was president, not sure if this embassy still exists, but the staff of the Nigerian embassy in Vietnam are known for always saying "We don't have information about this or that" . The staff are mostly known for sleeping or playing on Facebook.

The Nigeria embassy in Vietnam is yet to get it right and the building of the Nigeria embassy is tagged as the building of government officials that doesn't know their official responsibilities. The best way to have people answer you in Nigeria embassy is if you call them "Daddy" or "Mummy", you might be lucky if you are a lady with goody bags. If you are a man, good luck in getting it done at all.

Nigeria embassy staff have once yelled at a Nigeria for saying Good morning, he was asked to put the "Sir". This turned out to be a hot argument at the Nigeria embassy in Vietnam.

From a reliable sources, the Association of Nigerians in Vietnam had done 99.5% of what a Nigerian needs in Vietnam. The only thing you need to go and do at the embassy of Nigeria in Vietnam is stamp documents or sing the national anthem if you want to go back to school. Just like other embassies mentioned above, this embassy is another waste of Nigerian resources and also a waste of the Vietnamese land.

My Personal Verdict

Have you ever been to the Nigeria embassy in your country abroad? It is clear that the embassy crew are people that had no knowledge what it means to be an ambassador or their official responsibilities as embassy crew. They are always looking like confused individuals. They are incompetent and most times sleeping on duties

Though due to Nigerian factor, the crew at the embassies have probably bribed their way to the position or just a politcal appointees. These are bunch of incompetent individuals. What is Ojo Madueke finding at the Canadian Embassy in Canada? Some ambassadors can't even read without stuttering.

The only time you see the Nigeria embassy at their best is during Nigeria independence party, October 1st, the whole year round is just people with no official responsibilities.

Nigerians abroad are not happy with their embassies. They are pains to Nigerians, they have nothing to offer. It is better Nigeria government create some committee to check into work done by the embassies and anyone with less than 55% duties should be closed down. It is high time we start managing resources and that might be closing down some embassies, or we employ well competent people.

The embassies i had mentioned above are just a waste of Nigeria resources and have nothing to offer Nigerians in diaspora. We hope the government can look into their case.

Politics / Epe Local Government In Lagos State Had Been Without Electricity In 5 Years by Dpackage: 7:00pm On Feb 20, 2015
The people in Epe local government had cried out because of total blackout of electricity in their local government. Epe local government is one of the biggest local government in Lagos state, and it is located on the North side of Lekki Lagoon.
Epe local government is a small town of 181,409 people, but had been abandoned by all Lagos state government, the town which had produced prominent people in Lagos state still lives in the shadow of itself. It is currently the worst part of Lagos state.

One of the prominent people from Epe is Honourable Adeyemi Ikuforiji, the speaker of the house of Assembly. This does not make the people of Epe enjoy the steady power supply in the state.

A lot of publications had been sent and also pleas to the state government, but none of this had been put into action, a lot of industries and companies had folded up due to the mirage happening in the local government. Also, all businesses that need electricity had needed to move to Ibeju, lekki or Ajah while some had moved to Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

Epe local government had been deceived before when the past administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu promised the local government of an airport and also develop the local government than he met the place, unfortunately, nothing was done throughout his first four years in office. When he needed to be re-elected, he came to the town with mobile recharge cards, free cassette player of his administration praises and throwing money into the air. He had used the illeteracy of the community to deceive the community and was re-elected.

In June 2, 2012, Nigeria Vanguard released a publication with title " Epe, a community where electricity is a mirage", also Spyghana released another publication with "Epe residents lament year-long blackout" , and Nigeria News day newspaper "Epe Community Lagos, Celebrates 3 Christmas Without Light".

Since the publication, the people of Epe local government are yet to enjoy one of the dividends of democracy, they had instead been using a generator tagged "I better pass my neighbour". A lot of people had complained about this electricity epilepsy.

Speaking to a man as i ride my way to Ita-opo, a street in Epe, the young man in his thirties told me that the electricity problem in the town had made him close down his barbing saloon where he work with his wife. He said that the money to get gas is getting more expensive and he is running at a loss, therefore, he decided to be a bike-rider to survive and put food on the table. When I asked him how he feels about people like Adeyemi Ikuforiji not coming to their help, the man said, the man is just from the town and does not live in town. Whenever he is around , he has a power generator running 24/7. So he does not care what happens in town, he is disappointed that such person that would have been useful in this time of need is completely useless.

Ebenezer, a resident of Epe confirmed the news, he said that Epe people are abandoned by the government. Sir, we have to pay for the electricity we don't use, this is what is most annoying in this case, the electricity comes for 5 mins in a month and we won't see it again for another 6 months. This is ridiculous and we hope Governor Raji Fashola would be able to fix this issue before he leaves office.

Who can save Epe local government? Akinwunmi Ambode or Jimi Agbaje?

Politics / What Nigeria Leaders Can Learn From France Terrorist Attack by Dpackage: 3:34pm On Jan 09, 2015
Nigeria: The event that took place in France was a tragic one, but it should be a time for the giant of Africa, Nigeria (Debatable) to learn one or two things from the event. The Charlie Hebdo was an event that took the whole world by shock, also the hostage situation in Australia. These are events that should alert the leaders of every country of the danger that looms in their country.

I watch events unfold and follow the news closely, and in less than 48 hours, the criminals were known and their profile released to the public. I would have loved to see Doyin Okupe and Reno Omokri face to face and tell them "In Your Face". What happened within the 24 hours is not magic Doyin. What happened yesterday was something everybody in the government should notice.

These Are The Few Things That Would Happened If The Attack Was In Nigeria

1. President Jonathan would address the nation on NTA network and condemn the action. He would say, those people are animals and his condemn and every Nigerians condemn it

2. In his broadcast, President Jonathan would appoint a 12 man committee that should deliver report and swing into action.

3. Pastor Oritsejafor will also release his own press statement to repeat what President Jonathan had said, but he won't set up a committee.

4. Pastor Oritsejafor will later advise President Jonathan to follow him and with some members of the cabinet to Jerusalem to cast a stone and pray for peace for the Umpteenth time.

5. Doyin Okupe will go online on twitter and also condemn the action and later ask for the Nigerian twitter users to pray and ask God to sweep all the Boko Haram all Al-Qaeda away from our land.

6. Reno Omokri will go around a create a document on Microsoft word and the letter will revealed that the APC (All progressive congress) formulated the attack to discredit the current administration. Meanwhile before releasing the document, he would have forgotten that Microsoft Document have an author field to show who created a document.
