If he had worked to dis-allow a member of his cabinet from being the one launching that secretariate. Am afraid Amaechi may be hurting himself here.

As I type this, Amaechi and hundreds of visitors have been denied access to the govt house as the police blocked the entrance to govt house following the escalating chaos.

utumunta: When these men set out to fight GEJ, I bet they thought the fight was going to be easy. They had a vision of a 'clueless' and frightened President that would easily succumb to their demands and cower in fear. Well, change is constant and time happens to us all.
They are beginning to see that GEJ is not what they think of him. Can they win the PDP primaries with just seven states? Can they win the general election? Can they join Gen Buhari in the same party, knowing that the APC is the only party that commands large followership like the PDP?
We all know that this fight is about the Presidency and as it is today, the PDP is the party well positioned to clinch it. Any other party might make noise in the state elections, but when it comes to Presidential elections, different leaders of the different political parties secretly work for the incumbent. Why? To enjoy his patronage when he gets into office.. This is what many Nigerians don't know.
Amaechi and co touched the tail of a sleeping lion, their problem now is how to lull the lion back to sleep without loosing face before those that cheered them on as brave. They want things to continue as they were.

Well, on the issue of the APC acronym I think Jega should be questioned cause I know that the African People's Congress filed in their request to be registered as a political party before this other APC. And this same INEC replied them with requirement which they met and presented to INEC,and after a long wait they were denied registration for some silly reasons only to approve the other party. Seriously questions should be asked.
