I agree. I alluded to this when I mentioned that someone out there would end up being executed. One does not go about executing someone for a failed project. You execute someone if he or she is culpable for a failed project and in this case, it is most likely the case.

Someone failed to do a proper job evaluating the terrain thus putting lives at risk and the nation in disrepute.

Such an assessment could have been done and some unexpected changes will overwhelm your build. Remember mountain regions are very geologically active. Even in your favorite countries, their roads and bridges in the mountains collapse quite often, then they reassess and rebuild, if feasible or shutdown the road permanently, if not safe going forward.

Like I said earlier, Regina is clearly the victim here. The signs are very glaring. Was expecting her to have gone back to the marriage by now to restrategize better on how best to escape with her sons but she chose to fight.
