I still can't explain how the term 'hot cake' came about. No one likes their cake hot.
A better reference is hot soup or hot pap. It is high time we resisted all phrases in English that make no sense. |

chatinent: Is it that some brains don't work well or some brains are always open to deceit? Wetin bi this I simply don't understand this as well. There must be a common denominator inherent in these "pastors" who successfully hoodwink their followers into acting irrationally. That variable needs to be studied carefully and applied to promote desirable human behaviour in all spheres of life. |

wallrichy: I support you too big time. You don't wait for all your citizens to die of starvation before you do the right thing to feed them beside, a drowing man least care about that enemy that try to save him. That's the story of Nigeria presently, Nigeria situation is beyond economic policies and theories. We have broken records of all standard economics theories and policies. Nigeria is immune to standard economic development as taught in Harvard and Yale University. London School of Economics is even confused about the general development and sustainability of the Citizens of Nigerian despite the galloping inflation couple with the animalistic monetary policies. Every credible solution solver of economic downturn has given up on Nigeria because it's glaringly sure that we are GUNNER.....Otilor....Nigeria is a gone....long long time ago..... Well put |

I would have given him 5 out of 8 plus 1 extra mark for thinking out of the box.
Does not need boiling and being always available are solid answers.. 4 marks
Cannot be stolen... Critical thinking was applied here. The alternative to breast milk is artificial milk and that can be pilfered by family members thus reducing the amount of food available to the baby. That issue does not arise with breast milk. Simply put, you can't steal breast milk
Stored in attractive containers... One of the issues with artifical milk and expressed breast milk is its mode of delivery to the baby. Cup and spoon are most preferred because this is associated with the least risk of infection, however, it is not quite ideal for the baby. Although feeding bottle is quite similar to human breast, it is associated with a high risk of infection. So, if you think about it, the breast is indeed the best 'container' to administer milk to a baby added to the undisputed fact that all babies are naturally attracted to their mother's breast.
Well done to the student for putting his thinking cap on. I am definitely borrowing these answers going forward |
