goldtooth made an allegation since July and I believe he may have been asking you for it prior to posting it here, he posted proof of the transaction and all but you never countered his claim with your on proof, I was aware when he initially posted it and I expected you to show proof to dust off his claims but you have not.

I know you for keeping records of those who owe you to the last dime and I believe you should be able to do same for those you owe.

I do not have to start posting details of those who got back their money, those who are in prison or those who have still cases in court and in most cases, some users are just interested in shouting, when it comes to taking action they won't be found.

Why didn't I call your phone? the last time I tried to get you on chat was not successful and if you know me well, I hate calls, I prefer sms and chat which is often our mode of communication.

Yes you had my 33k for months and most times we have a failed deal, my money usually remains with you for months and I eventually get to use them when I need to and correction, I didnt call you to remind you, I sent sms or IM and for clarifications, you did not sell that laptop to me, I made an ebay purchase with the said amount.

I usually remind you because there's an aspect of the law that covers that, just in case. If goldtooth knew about the law then he may have done same.

just for the records, chaloner and gowaga's claim were just rants from wounded rats, if they assert then let them prove. I dont need peanuts to do my job, I'm comfortable. No one has been banned without breaking a rule and the rule broken is always clearly stated and the ban can be appealed or contested.

i spoke to him on phone before i came to nairaland, he hung up saying he doesn't owe me. i Don't know of a company name. i usually get text with the address to come for pick up and i forward it to a courier to pick up for me

what's the current situation regarding your ordeal with mikky?
