MPSA: It's like your government it want to prove itself wrongly, they will loss big time. Your brothers and sisters will loss a lot of jobs, not south africans It is clear this relationship it must stop Go and read what nationalization of a company is all about. This time, we will narionatilize all SA companies without compensation. the irony of it all is that Nigerians are taking your jobs even in your own country. |

MPSA: Don't tell me about economy, we know our country will survive without you, We survive alone before, nothing new. Our main aim, to go to africa was to help you, to change your life style, giving you jobs, but if you don't need that. nothing wrong. Don't expect your people will remain in SA after that. we aren't friends. If you care more you must be very careful before you act, if you really need help. If you know that your companies will survive without us, why don't you canvass for them to leave asap. Very soon your president will come and beg again so that his people will not die of poverty and hunger |

MPSA: I don't think he will do that anymore, we never had this noise with our neighbors before you came in our country, your government must also create work for your brothers and sisters who will come from SA after our companies left your noisy place You are too noise It is obvious you don't know your own economy. When the news of MTN fine came, do you know the massive impact it had on the JSE alone?MTN shares in JSE lost 20% market value in minutes. Now imagine all SA companies being affected, you guys will end up being beggars again at the mercy of the white men over there and this time no one will listen to your cry if apartheid. |

They should dialogue all these amicably simple.... Stop being backward minded. Do you know how many investors are willing to take over these companies once they are nationalized? |

1k001: I almost didn't want to comment but seeing some of the comments from people with poor knowledge, I just had to say something.
Consider the following to update your thinking.
What is the one thing nations compete for worldwide, FDI.
Every country wants people with hard dollars to bring it into their country, create value and grow the economy.
Now for whatever reason, we seem to have a group of people that think that foreign investment is bad. They at the earliest provocation of any sort want to take it out on foreign investors.
For your information, if you kick out foreign investors or make life hard for them in any way, FDI will dry up and the countries economy will collapse ultimately. We are seeing this already in small degrees with international investors avoiding Nigeria due to our multiple structural issues. No FDI means no new jobs, no taxes, no value creation and stagnant economic growth.
That's why a country will fight against a court ruling that mandated it collect 13 billion euros in taxes from an international corporation. True story: http://fortune.com/2016/08/30/apple-ireland-tax-bill-noonan/ One question, your statement is it for Nigerians or South Africans? |
Politics › Re: Nigerian Senate May Expel DSTV, MTN, Shoprite Over Xenophobic Attacks by dragonking3: 6:27pm On Feb 28, 2017 |
MPSA: I agree with you guys, this relationship it must stop, no one need a stress. You must keep your nigeria, We will keep our own SA, We survived without africa for millions years. We have our own stress here at home. Take your people back to your country. We don't need a stress. We achieved so many things without your noise for so many years. We will continue to work together with our neighbors as usualy. This noise is irritating. I don't think it good to talk bad about my country. We don't need any favour from you. I believe you are the one who will suffer the most. I don't believe the will be more companies from SA to nigeria again. Almost 90% are own by south africans, Shoprite, Mr Price, Game, and many more. Now is time to say Good bye. No more nice stuff If a whole president of South Africa could fly and come to Nigeria to beg us so as to reduce the fine given to MTN then it is obvious that the South African economy is in our hands. Better warn your brothers because once a decision is made, there will be no going back. |

hucienda: Good job to the Buhari Administration on this one. Kudos as well to Acting President Osinbajo.
That's one thing with facts - you don't need a Lie Muhammed, Garba Shehu, Femi Adesina, Ms Onochie and the horde of government-paid internet hacks to spread propaganda about it. It's there for all to see and feel.
Hope the naira continues to strengthen to around N200/$1 - or even better. I hope when the reverse is the case, you guys will also mention these people you are giving praise to |

Samunique: I understand, but this has got noting to do with hating Muslims, that's my point.
Wasn't Yaradua a Muslims ? Even to the point of death Nigerians still love him, I'm a Yoruba I live in PH, the people in that region even the Easterners are still saying up till today that "were it not for his sudden demise Yaradua would have been the best President Nigeria ever had". Was Yaradua not a Muslim ?
U will be making a very big mistake if u think people hate Buhari just bcs he's a Muslim !
Buhari cause his downfall with his own hand, and his hypocrisy, incompetence couple with the suffering he inflicted on Nigerians will not allow many to forgive him.
So nobody hates him bcs he's a Muslim ! Dont waste your time with that vedaxcool, he lacks basic political wisdom, hence he is unable to draw a factual argument. He only sees things from ethno-religious angle. Nothing more. They should just lock him permanently in the Islam thread where he truly belong |

This pic was widely circulated last year after the Shiite massacre by elements working for El Rufai to depict the Shias as satanic and diabolocal.
Now they are recirculating it to say Shias are performing a ritual act praying for the already dead Buhari?

Jilo83: I have heard about various muslim gatherings and states praying for our president but am not aware of any church organising a prayer for our dear president since his medical vacation in London. Is it because he is not a christian or we don't want him in power? Or we did not publicize our prayer unlike muslim? I don't get your point. Is Buhari not in a Christian country receiving treatment from Christian doctors and nurses? Why Buhari no go im muslim country like Afghanistan, Pakistan or Iraq for treatment? By the way, why pray for someone who is Hale and healthy |
