Obong, Igbos have been residing in Crossriver for over 100yrs without intention of intrusion (though surprised at your statement because both are indifferent).
Please, be careful with statements made in public.

PoliticsRe: Bayelsa State: DSP Alamieyeseigha Impeached and Arrested by drbigdaddyg(m): 9:19am On Dec 12, 2005
Let's be diplomatic in this situation. Who told you the britons are not using us? (I know this time I must have created some scene).
I will start by commending Mr. President for his move to combat corruption in Nigeria, an applause to him ; no dey easy ooo!!! But, we must be very careful in dealing with Brit... because they have civilized  way of laundering our money.
Explanation: I want to know where in their code, the money recovered from the "thieves" will be sent back to the country from which they stole it. The Alamco's case will be used as typical instance: They Briton  charged him almost 3/4 of the money just for bail, variably, that part of the money "grabbed" will maybe be deployed to their educational sector, infrastructural sector or to buy bazokas and bombs for Iraq. Then, how useful have that money been to the duo country (Nigeria)? What of the remaining money got from him?
They should better amend that code or stop using us.
Don't you people think they released Alamco after having drained him of "our" money. Maybe, sendng him back to organize another one for  them. What of his houses and property that was apprehended there? Are they to sell those property and release the money to Nigeria for settlement of the debts incurred?
Let's deliberate on  this issue.

PoliticsRe: Governor Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia State, for President? by drbigdaddyg(m): 2:09pm On Nov 30, 2005
Well, PrettyH, I'll reasonably disagree with you in some areas:
I know Hausa and Yoruba ethnicities have been ruling as presidents, yet, they have been the cause of problems in Nigeria- as in, frauds of Nigerian money (u can ask Abacha, Obj, Abubakah, Babangi...). In fact, the only Igbo man who was given an opportunity (Aguiyi Ironsi) was killed for his generousity and fairness while trying to be free with all the ethnic groups. We have given Hausa and Yoruba chances to demonstrate their capabilities in handling the countries money, yet, Nigeria remains undeveloped. Don't you think we should try some other person who have the capabilities? At this juncture, I would suggest you give me names you would prefer.
Orji Kalu have been tried on the basis of "business-mindness", "Political balance", "religious fairness" and "mentality". You can view these areas from our previous posts in this trend.
You mentioned of our bad image and one who'll eradicate it? Who were those people who stained the image? Maybe, those you considered educated and capable? They should have with all their wisdom led this country to a great height, now, you are still looking for more of them!!!! I have told you guyz that we have decieved ourselves enough with all our logics, this is a time we give the mantle to a very rich youngman who has more time to make more money; therefore wouldn't prefer getting a bad name at this tender age so that he would be elected in some other parastatals of the country.
You talked of what sports has to do with the country's development: I would ask you to go to sports analysts and ask them. You can ask them one the major contributions to development in Brazil/England. My dear, better put your child or ward in that area because it'll land you on silver base forever.
Talking of quality of education, I want to tell you that Abia State boost of bright candidates in schools. We are not educational less previledged state like some of the states that are outstanding. So, don't even use school as a point.
Nobody is saying Orji is the wisest but, we are saying we want a stop to our problems hence, analysing in diplomacy, what the individual aspirants can do with their position. You rightly said we are poor, BUT NOT THE POOREST. To whom much is given, much is expected, I know we are not given all that is given to other states yet, we are getting developed faster.
Please, let us not confuse ourselves with our individual/selfish ambition- all those that fraud our country are old men, they therefore say, they afterall have few days to stay and should loot now or never. What would a very youngman like Orji do with the trillions found in Abacha's possession? He still has years to leave in politics and would be given a good nud by the masses if he rules well in maybe the 6yrs (just exagerating).
Lets reason very well.

RomanceRe: Why Do You Like Reading Your Partner's Text Message? by drbigdaddyg(m): 2:37pm On Nov 18, 2005
I don't think it is good reading ur partner's text message because I feel it will only result to mistrust among you. What you got to do for each other is to trust and love yourselves.
When a relationship has got into suspecting each other, I feel there is no genuine love there.
You can only read his/her text "only" when it has been a habit among you, and in which you derive mutual benefit; not a situation where this fellow will hide his handset and will be exploring the other person's "privacies".

Yes. Is true our certificates are often in doubt but one sure of how she/he got "hers"/his can look up for people from Nigeria that are there. They can be of help in getting them settled there.
PoliticsRe: Movement for the Defence of Democracy (MDD) by drbigdaddyg(m): 10:21am On Nov 18, 2005
Who knows where Atiku will stand because I know he will surely not be in Obj's party? If both of them will diffuse, how will vote-rigging be effective? I mean, Obj is coming for his third tenure and the Atiku being his vice, who by virtue of Aso rock has strong legs, is contesting for presidency, what advantages will Obj have over him (Atiku)? This competition surely will take place between two different parties (Obj's and Atiku's); then, Mr. Vice can still command the INEC or whatever the way he'll want the election to be conducted, being Vice President.

This is why I am saying rigging might be difficult due to power of incubency between the two adversaries (OBJ and Atiku); a situation where this man will order for this vote and the other person being a rivalry in the power will order back- NO WAY.

Don't say people who go over there are not comfortable in Nigeria, Bank managers here can easily switch over and work in Banks there. Maybe those affected were people without any certificate while they were in Nigeria.
If I get my MBBS, my dear, I will go over there and continue my career there.
PoliticsRe: Movement for the Defence of Democracy (MDD) by drbigdaddyg(m): 2:45pm On Nov 17, 2005
You have made a point. I just pray they don't give Baba any ear, let them just go on with their plans, is really going to frustrate the rate election will be rigged, unless, Baba will be appointed a flag-bearer of the new party.
As for PDP, is a prophesy, it will not stand long.
PoliticsRe: Movement for the Defence of Democracy (MDD) by drbigdaddyg(m): 10:15am On Nov 17, 2005
Yes, money can never be their problem.
I know PDP was created from a popular political party (though I can not remember the party now), likewise, another political party (maybe MDD) might be created from PDP. It has been the routine creating new parties , even when we had only 2 parties, NRC, SDP which later were degenerated into another political parties.
PoliticsRe: Movement for the Defence of Democracy (MDD) by drbigdaddyg(m): 12:08pm On Nov 16, 2005
I will be very happy to get a solution to it. This is why I said; we pray for an auto. change within those leaders. Perhaps, it might be a turning point to others.
PoliticsRe: Movement for the Defence of Democracy (MDD) by drbigdaddyg(m): 11:38am On Nov 16, 2005
People make up a party. PDP being strong was as a result of people who were composed of it. Don't be surprise, with the resignation of Chief Audu Ogbe and the rest of PDP warlords, PDP might fumble beyond efforts.

I will let Joftech know that he can't hold a strong office because he is not corrupt, therefore cannot match with the qualification for political leaders of Nigeria.

Lets just pray for mutation in the lives of these "people" holding the political major offices of this country because it is certain that the country will remain ruled by the criminals who are pioneering these ruling parties. I don't believe we can restore the situation by forming or belonging to a party because, we know Nigerian leadership is generally corrupt, and only those who belong to the affirmed political party (PDP), get the seat easily.

SportsRe: Jay Jay Okocha and World Best Player Award by drbigdaddyg(m): 1:41pm On Nov 11, 2005
JJ could have made it, but not presently where he feels he has made enough contributions in football. This is my problem about him: one who aims only at average. If someone like Obafemi had had all his (Okocha's) talents, I don't see who would have been in his way for the award, but Okocha being sluggish, believes in the history he has made long ago, forgetting that one's performance is judged by the present. Consequently, he almost going out of the phase.

PoliticsRe: An Ivorian Response to President Obasanjo's Diplomatic Mission by drbigdaddyg(m): 4:32pm On Nov 10, 2005
Mackjavel, this is real cowardise, going after innocent people maybe because they are living in your country. We Nigerians love peace, you can confirm it from our stand in African Unity. I have earlier on told you that Obasanjo as far as I am concerned has no cause to side France against you people atleast considering what we passed through in the hands of this same France. I will tell you that we don't have any economical relationship with france, at least, to rule out any thought maybe giving a greek gift.
Please, just do me the favour of advicing your people against their plan to make your country hostile ground for our people there. Most of us there don't even know the name of our president not to talk of taking part with Obasanjo/France against you.
PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jakumo, you have said it all. I don't even see why he should produce posters for his campaign since God who can do all things, will simply put him in Aso Rock in his mysterious way.
