Hello everyone.The thing to
understand is that compiling the second
batch is more difficult than that of the
merit list.The reason is that many other
variables like catchment areas and
educationally less advanced areasvhave to
be factored in.Different cut off marks are
set based on these factors.This means that
in the second batch a particular course
may hv up to 3 or more cut off marks.
For e.g someone from Edo may hv 60 and
be given law while someone from Ogun
may hv 65 and yet be given another course.
No one, not even a lecturer can tell u date
of release of the second list.So let's just be
patient trusting that God cares for our
needs even more than we ourselves do.And
as a loving father he knows all our fears
and inner struggles.
Nothing can stop a determined person,not
jamb,not postume.
It may not be possible for every uniben
aspirant to gain admission this year but it
is possible for every uniben aspirant on Nairaland to gain admission this year.
That is my sincere prayer.Let's support
each other as one big family both
emotionally and spiritually.
Being kept in suspense over something we
desire so much can be very frustrating but
we should consider it as part of our
training as potential uniben graduates-the
art of governing our spirit through

While my jamb subject combination was
ENGLISH
LITERATURE
GOVERNMENT
CRS

During my neco exam, i actually wrote government but was surprised not to see it among my subjects wen d result was released online I was dat i might hv faied to b marked present on d day of d exam.
my fear now is dat, i hv been admitted to study English nd Literature i dont know if the issue of no Government in ssce will affect my clearance nd if government is really such an important subject for English nd literature course.

bro pls advice me, there is a mistake in a friends LGA, he put in d wrong lga, pls how can he go abt it? Pls urgently ..

This is where affidavit becomes necessary...He should sign an affidavit claiming the wrong LGA to avoid stress during clearance since the state of origin is intact but if the person in question loves stress so much,he should get a copy of his real LGA certificate and present it during clearance.If the clearance officer sees it,then,he will have to fill a correction form.This would take him about 2 months to be cleared

This was a new development as for intakes last year especially that of LGA, still depends on the faculty though.
