The charging was slow, so the engineer changed the jam box. Since then, when I connect it to any computer, it only charges. it doesn't display USB options. The engr has tried another jam box and flex, still the same issue. Any advise?

You will have to wait till the 15th of the next month, that's when Fiverr conducts evaluation. Also make sure you delivery on time and job completion is at least 90%. If any of those is still red, make sure you make them up to 90% before the next evaluation. That's what keeping me from going up.

1. Use buyer's request to save your dying gig.

2. Edit your gig and place it in the right updated category. (Fiverr keeps splitting gigs. Eg. Data entry being a separate gig from virtual assistant). Also, some more features are added to gigs to meet up with the international standards. If you notice too long drop in a gig with several reviews, edit it.

3. Create a new account. Never use one account on fiverr if you want to expand your earnings. There are times one account sells more than the other. Some other time, it could be vice versa. But, remember the 11th commandment - though shall not be caught.
