Abacharles:
it is not easy to be a good leader, especially with younger siblings.

Yes,you right, all you need to do is to know them very well, their traits, what they like and dislike and act on each one of them,if you assume that they are your siblings and you take them for a weaklings hmmmm, you will live to regret it rather in trying to balance the equation between you and them just try to show RESPECT with that you have scored a 50 out of 100.

Note: You can never score a 100.

u are one of them(the leaders), abeg pray for us (B16 PCMs) cos God will answer it quickly

LOL,everyone is a king in his domain, you pray,i pray,we all pray,i believe our prayers will be answer by our creator.

NYSC › Re: NYSC 2016 Batch B Corps Members House by Dream2(m): 5:12pm On Jun 16, 2016

LESSON 4

One thing about a GOOD LEADER is that their prayers is/are easily answer by God,a leader doesn't mean that they ought to occupy the highest position, leadership start from YOU being an elder to your siblings,a boss to someone or many, just name it,one wonder why prayers are not easily answer this days,it's simply because we all in one way or the other are practicising the opposite of a good leader,it start from now, let's be a GOOD LEADER within our families, friends, neigbours and wherever we find ourself, the question is are you a good leader?if NO,then you can still change your leadership skills.
