We propose to supply seasoned, kiln-dried, and treated wood suitable for both *roofing and furniture* works.

1. *Mahogany Wood* - Premium for doors, furniture, and fine finishing. Termite resistant.
2. *Akun Wood* - Very strong and durable. Ideal for roofing rafters, beams, and heavy furniture.
3. *Afara Wood* - Lightweight yet strong. Commonly used for roofing, ceiling, and interior furniture.
4. *Okigbe Wood* - Hard and water resistant. Excellent for doors, window frames, and outdoor furniture.
5. *White Wood* - Smooth finish. Perfect for ceilings, wardrobes, and general carpentry.
6. *Other Species* - We can also supply any other wood species on client request, subject to availability.

All wood will be:
- Properly seasoned to reduce shrinkage and warping
- Treated against termites and wood borers
- Cut to required sizes and dimensions as per BOQ

- *Payment Terms*: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Negotiable for bulk/contract supply.
