I strongly believe it depends on the parties involved. Their maturity, commitment and of course love for one another.

I got married @ 22 and my wife 19, 7 years ago. We were working students @ the time. We didn't have our first child until after we graduated and working 3 years after marriage. I was 25 and she was 22, now we have 3 kids and done. We love ourselves and we have both grown to learn how to give 100% into the relationship, she is my best friend and confedant.

However, I will tell you what has helped us to survive over the years is our maturity, discipline,commitment,love for one another, hardwork and focus. I believe if you can survive your first 5 years in marriage without any problems then you can go all the way by God's grace.

Well I do agree with what most already said. But I strongly believe that the only think that matters most is the discipline @ home and the upbringing. Hence, the responsibility lies on the parent regardless of whatever part of the world the kids are raised.

But I must say that most kids raised in Nigeria is likely to be naturally corrupt ! Because whether we admit it or not "corruption is a way of life in Nigeria" it is every where only very few self disciplined, principle and morally coded Nigerians are not corrupt (regardless of wherever part of the world they live in)

I am also really struggling with this issue. I do look forward to going to the weekly house fellowship (home care groups) because its interactive and for so many other reasons. But lately(since January) I have really been struggling with going to church and I only go for 2 reasons 1. To pay my tithe and 2. for the sake of my 3.5 old son. Hence, if i have my way I would pay my Tithe to the church office over the phone and stick with the weekly home group meetings.

But I still dont think that'll be right, as I'll love to be more actively involve in the church. Pls help
