Olbat12: My Employer.. And I submitted the company 6 months SOA together with my 4 months saving account SOA with lots of other documents. they rejected you cause they don’t think you can pay your school fees, your transportation in Canada and living expenses not just the tuition fee and that could be for any reason probably you didn’t prove your relationship with your sponsor (employer) or others |

Olbat12: I would advise you to pay ur tuition deposit as fast as possible n send the receipt through webform as this might be the reason for delay, it can cost you your study permit as this was why I was refused just 2 weeks ago after 4+months of waiting (6/1/2023) Saying they are not sure I can pay the tuition without working in Canada.
My candid advice to people now is to try as much as possible to pay the tuition deposit before submitting a study permit application, though a study permit can be approved without a tuition deposit receipt but on a rare occasion. Thanks who was your sponsor? |

Samade7: Good morning All,
Please I need assistance and advice cos am really confused now. I got admission for May 2023 / Conestoga College, have paid the deposit fee of $1500 n currently processing to pay the balance with firstbank given me issue.
I have applied for study visa n done with biometrics. Infact, am planning to have my upfront medical by 23rd of this month but this morning I got a refused letter from IRCC that I don't have sufficient fund. My sister is my sponsor, I used her SOA with over N20m, my sch fee per year is $19k CAD plus.
Please I need advice on what to do next.
Then, I will like to ask does IOM refund? Cos am supposed to do the medical in lagos but due to the fact that I want to get it done this month I picked Abuja cos there's no more appointment in Lagos for this month.
Secondly, do I need to inform conestoga college for deferral of my admission or request for refund?
Pls elders in the house, help me am totally in a confused state.
Thanks in anticipation, God bless. hello sorry for your refusal....how many years is your programme is it up to 4 years? |

Hello everyone...
If I am submitting my study permit application can I submit only 1 waec certificate if i have 2,asking because i have 2 from 2 different secondary schools as I wrote waec in ss2 from a different school and I only want to show the one I wrote from ss2 in a different school but on my previous visit visa application I mentioned only 1 of my secondary school which is the one I graduated from but the degree I want to submit is not from that secondary school I graduated from cause the grades aren’t that high compared to the other so is it ok if I just give an explanation that I’m submitting this degree because this is my best degree or would it be flagged as misrepresentation? |

Hello everyone...I have 2 questions 1st question:When one is accepted to a school without ielts with a D in English does he/she need to show ielts in the visa application or is being in an English speaking country enough for a positive decision? Has any one been able to get approved like this? (Regular student permit stream)
Second question:if one has been given admission with letter of acceptance (due date for first payment is still months ahead with a late enrollment fee if not complied on time)is it ok to show the tuition fee and living expenses in account statement had any one been approved without needing to pay any tuition fee? (Regular student stream) ps parents are the sponsors |

Mobil567: At least 90% of applicants from Nigeria since 2020 ending till date have been asked to go for an interview. This is regardless of applying alone or with family.
Only scholarship holders are usually of that hook. this is completely false stop discouraging people on this thread you say 90% of Nigerians like you’re the one who processed their visa or like you know how every one got their visa. POV people get called for interview if something isn’t clear on their application hence if you apply the correct way you get your permit approved straight up Swedish migration agency doesn’t discriminate by country of origin. |
