I think they just need either NYSC certificate number( for those that applied as a graduate), or OND or NCE certificate number (for those that applied with that) or waec/neco/GCe/Nab/ for those that applied for that stage. I believe they want to use the numbers to verify the highest certificate of each applicant. My thoughts though. I might still be wrong.
