Clementoke: Nigeria drop to 35th in the latest FIFA ranking despite the score draw with Brazil. Big thanks to Imama I think Nigeria should stop participating in CHAN and WAFU. It's useless and they are always undermining the efforts of Rohr in building our fifa ranking. Besides, they fail to unearth any talents so far |

chidi1: My friend you work with what you have. Using your anology, would Guardiola use the same offensive mindset if he was the manager to Shaffield United? We do not have world class players like we had in 1994. Players we have now are younger, faster and more suited for quick counter attacks. Until we get dependable, consistent midfielders that can work in tight spaces, I think Rohr should continue with team his build up. Same way Chelsea team is younger, faster and less experienced but they don't rely on counter but play explosive footbal not minding the opponents. They will only fail a few times and get better. There is no gain in cowardice. Even bible said " Be anxious for nothing". Express yourself, you might fail a few times but you would be to sure learn and get better. I can never be a fan of Rohr's Conservative football. |

Then you can see that your comparism with etebo and eze makes no sense
Thanks for revealing it

andrew444: Okay, once rohr calls him then he should replace etebo pairing ndidi Etebo is not even a sure starter now. Aribo has taken his place. Eze is battling Iwobi for a starting place not Etebo. Dude is a carpenter who relies on nitro where he is meant to use his brain |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by DrKlever(m): 9:24am On Oct 22, 2019 |
andrew444: Lol etebo doesnt make match day squad in stoke?
If you dont see him there he is either injured, stop saying what you dont know bro, joe allen and etebo are always the first players on stoke list
Stoke are doing badly, but dont make it look like QPR is a big club, i am not supporting anyone but we should be sincere at time with the way we judge
And hope you know stoke city finished ahead of QPR last season? Which Etebo is injured. Dude sat his ass out on the bench 3 out 7 times he featured and you're here defending him. |

andrew444: This comparison is not necessary
Does etebo play the same position with eze?
Now let me get back at you, does eze have 1 percent of etebo defensive abilities? This is very laughable. Ebere Eze has better defensive stats than Etebo in the championship. Take a peep at Whoscored bro. He has more takles, more interception, more aerial duels won and less foul committed even though he has played more games than Etebo |

BascoVanVeli: Etebo returned late and the coach eased him in for his own good. Forget the nitro burning talk Etebo is a damn good footballer. No doubt about that sir but Eze is a better footballer at least presently. Not sure what the future holds for both. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by DrKlever(m): 8:24am On Oct 22, 2019 |
BascoVanVeli: Who told you Etebo is not making the match squad? I never said he is not making match day squad, i meant ALL which means his appearances are still low. Ebere Eze has 12 appearances with 6 goals and 2 assists plus injury which made him miss some. A fit Etebo has 7 appearances(3 as Sub) with zero goal(s) and zero assist(s). His rabbit chasing skills and nitro burning should have helped him win matches for lowly stoke nau. |

nairalandankrah: Its all about the GWG bro.am not a qpr fan. If rohr thonks he is gonna be a valuable addition to the team, then he will be invited.. Does ebere eze have half the workrate of etebo? You don't win matches by chasing rabits on pitch it is done by technicality, determination and skills. Go and check the stats of both players and come back to argue with me. Etebo is in lowly Stoke city and can't even make all match day squad, yet you're comparing him with another who kept pulling MOM performances. Wake up sir! |

charlesemeka85: You are definently right. He is highly talented and skillful but iwobi is more experienced and direct with better work rate
Have seen Eze play few times and must confess that he is naturally good [s][/s]but tends to showboat alot. I think he will shake that off as he matures in his profession Maybe this is why Rohr doesn't want to call him up. He hates unnecessary showboating |

komekn: For me Collins is a non starter has nothing to offer, defensively poor and offensively non existent. How can he be battling Aina for position they are not on the same level at all.
Awaziem has done very well but he is not a RB and is not good enough. Defensively intelligent but lacks pace and offensive ability.
CB's more competition needed agreed with that.
As much as we clamour for Eze, Ovie has been outstanding for struggling Reading.
What is dissapointing is we have only one bona-fide performing striker in Osimhen. Ighalo has retired and there is literally no real competition for him.
Onuachu and Olayinka offer options but one dimensional and thier quality is open to question.
In the past we have always had about 2/3 quality strikers competing. Not sure what's happened. I agree with everything you wrote 100% |

MetalJigsaw: I think Rohr is deliberately ignoring him because that guy could send disappointing Iwobi to the bench. I strongly believe Rohr doesn't want that to happen. I really don't about that but i feel something is fishy. Maybe till he is pressured to call him up, nothing might happen. |
