Abusule007: Queens Park Rangers Star Eze Tells NFF Boss : I Want To Be The Captain Of Nigeria
Nigeria Football Federation President Amaju Pinnick has assured Super Eagles fans that he's doing everything possible to make Queens Park Rangers young sensation Eberechi Eze commit his international future to Nigeria.
Eze trained with the Super Eagles before a cancelled friendly against Burkina Faso in March 2017 but since then his status has changed, having played seven friendly matches for England U20s.
And things will become more difficult for the Nigeria Football Federation in their attempt to lure the attacking midfielder if he goes ahead to make his competitive debut for the England U21 team this month as he has been handed a call-up for the Euro qualifier against Albania.
Pinnick is expected to travel to London in the coming weeks for talks with Eze and his camp and it is claimed that the player has informed the NFF boss he wants to captain the Super Eagles in future.
In an interview with Channels Television monitored by allnigeriasoccer.com on Monday morning, Pinnick provided an update on Eze, saying : ''I have been taking to him (Eze), I speak to him everyday, I speak to his father, I speak to everybody.
He's an excellent player, he loves this country that I can tell you.
''He is a young player, he wants to be given a bit of time but I talk to his dad, I talk to him, I'll meet them soon in London, we cannot allow such a talent to go.
''And he even told me jokingly, 'President I want to be the captain of Nigeria some day', I was so excited about that and said, 'Why not, you play like Jay-Jay, Jay-Jay was captain so you can be another captain'.
''He loves this country, I don't think we want to allow that talent to go''.
In 16 outings for Queens Park Rangers in the EFL Championship this season, Eze has been involved in 10 goals (6 goals, 4 assists).
Source: ANS. He should goan sleep. What time does he need? Time to chase the 3-lions and return to us when it fails? Nonsense!!!

ChrisKels: Actually I never knew icon4s and Andrew were candidates to be voted too, I thought the two were picked automatically and the voting was to get a few others to join them in the parliament. It sounds funny some guys ( somehow, komkne, forgiveness et al) who have no clue what moves the initiator of this whole stuff has made to make this recognized outside this thread, are against having him in. I didn't understand the whole voting process and if the brain, sole organizer and financier of this award isnt in, then I don't see the need to continue with this, it is sure headed nowhere, Bkus I doubt anybody is gonna be as dedicated as Icons and sacrifice his time to get the plaques to the appropriate offices.
Hey guys if icons isn't in, then I ain't no party to this, my vote is null and avoid. I no be Una member so my vote shouldn't count. Seconded!!! Nullify my vote if icon4s is not included. I don't know what is wrong with some of you. |

andrewbaba44: I am not saying he will bench anyone for now because it’s a January move
But stop judging by musa and nacho that he won’t do well I never said that he won't do well. I'm speaking on the terms job security. How will he be treated if all doesn't go well. I like him and definitely want the best for his career. |

andrewbaba44: Because musa and iheanacho are better than Dennis and they have hard time at Leicester doesn’t mean Dennis will have a hard time ,o common bro ,how do you watch your own football self ?
World class di María struggled at man united but a certain bang average Daniel James is doing fine
There is nothing like ready for such ,if a player doesn’t make the move how the world know if he is ready or not ?
As far as I am concerned Wesley moraes is not a better player than Dennis but has done quite well on the start of his Aston villa career, I am sure if he is Nigerian you would have said he is not ready for the Epl before his move Who is he gonna bench in the present Leceister team? Even if he plays, once he fails to stagger and score in 3 consecutive matches the English pundits will come for his head. |

charlesemeka85: Musa pushed 4 the move and Leicester on thier part made decent money from it Was he playing regularly before he pushed for the move? Same treatment Kelechi is getting was what made him to force a move. If I'm right, he scored a brace prior his move to Saudi. |

komekn: Why do you think in the context of the EPL that Musa and KC are better than him. Dennis has never player in the EPL before so there is no stat to back that up. However, the EPl is very demanding and i doubt Dennis is ready for such in his career, especially a team like Leceister, Arsenal and Man U with hostile management and Fans. Musa and Iheanacho are far better footballers than Dennis, let's not even argue that. |

ChrisKels: I expected u to know better. The tens was a present continuous one, not past. When that post was made, Ndidi and the whole Leicester team were having a bad day at the office. His rating improved after the two goals, from what it was before the goals and my submission Then you should have stated that the whole Leicester team is having a below average game rather than singling out Ndidi for bashing. Someone who wasn't watching the match would think Ndidi was poor among his brilliant teammates |
