right here following silently. Glad someone remembers.. Sir terzurum5...ok OK I will drop comments. Regarding the left back issue, I am deeply touched and sad at the amount of stick given echeijile. We know age is not on his side, he has lost a yard or two, but please....he is the best option we have right now.. Sad but true..

If you disagree, please name a natural left back of Nigerian origin, qualified to play for us, in any of the top 20 leagues in the world, [20 I mean expand the bracket] that will unseat ụwa. Rohr is no slouch, he knows what he is doing. He will continue to field the best we have, and right now ụwa is our best bet for a starting position atleft back... Show the dude some respect.

Disagree much give names.. And not make shift options.. Right now in the team we got Aina and Tyrone... Make shift options..... How did we even get here... I need to develop my left leg asap.. Lolz..... Or probably make a baby, force him to be a leftie with an eye on the left back position of the Eagles......

All am asking for is for ụwa to be shown some respect..... Cos he has held his own for years in the team.... And I can't remember any mistake he has done in recent games that cost us goals... Accept his limitations.. Uphold his strengths... We are a team...

PS..if ụwa gets injured before the world cup.. Then we are screwed.. SCREWED FROM ALL HOLES.. ASK KESHI AND THE LAST WORLD CUP WE PARTICIPATED.. peace I'm out.
Goan sit down undecided

nothing much to say... i predict 3-1 win for eagles... i don't think we will be able to keep clean sheet but one thing I'm so sure about is victory.

I wonder why it takes FIFA ages to change Nationalities of Nigerian players. Zahar, Benik Afobe didn't take this long.. What are they waiting for to switch Ainas nationality.. Eye yam not understanding..

Any update on Ola Aina's switch?
He is yet to be cleared by fifa, we are still banking on last minute clearance although he has been issued a nigerian passport. Once fifa verifies him then he can make his debut, else points will be deducted from Nigeria if they peradventure field him without clearance.

with God, nothing sha be impossible.

I have come to observe that Nigeria have lost many matches that they boasted that they can comfortably beat their opponents. For example, Rohr didn't boast when Nigeria was to take on Algeria, and Nigeria won that game, but the moment Rohr boasted that Nigeria will win match against South Africa “in honor of late Stephen Keshi,” that was when Nigeria lost the match.

The truth is that God helps us when we admit weakness, because that is when He can fully take the glory.
What's this one saying bayihuh This is football oga, carry your religious view to the right section... You play well, you win. prayers and divine favour is none existent here bro. God ain't partial.

i swear this your formation is best suited for the current eagles players. but i think we can try it after all important Cameroon fixture, maybe in a friendly. my only issue with your selection is Awaziem... Aina trumps him in that position.

the is my starting eleven.. if we are trailing then by second half bring in musa, remove ndidi and let etebo pair mikel and then musa takes lwf, and remove ighalo to be replaced by nwaekeme. or iwobi can start in amf to be replaced by iheanacho who can be in bench if we need goals.. any which way this crops should be able to do the damage... i don't like akpeyi(would have preferred alampasu) but i doubt Rohr will use a debutant for such vital position and match.

I hear Dangote going really vocal about acquiring Arsenal. Well, fair play to him.
Since he's a football lover, one cannot understand why he has not considered leaving a legacy in Nigerian football or sports in the shape of a world class academy in Kano. The Qatari's he's trying to mimick have developed a world class academy in their country, even Abramovich owns a football club in Russia and his company pays the salary of a world class coach like Fabio Capelo for the Russian NT.
For the touted amount acquiring Arsenal would cost (£2-5 Billion), a tiny fraction of that amount can change the life of Nigerian football for good.
Oga relax jhoor. He is business man, abi na you wan tell am how to invest him moneyhuh?

He also gave the assist from which Lacazette scored his first ever Arsenal goal.

Looks like he was played as a number 10 in this game. can you please confirm that?
Yeah he was played as 10 behind welbeck after oezil and lacazete came off for walcot and him(iwobi). He really got superb rating alongside Czech as man of the mach..... bayern actually outplayed them but for the heroics of Czech.

Dropping deep and allowing Etebo take up advanced positions upfront while he Nacho under chameleon effect takes over the No.10 role... he is still good at that (the no 10 role) God Dammit!!!!! [/b]

If Nacho had tried switching position with Etebo, the Coach will so bench him. Coaches are sensitive to that kind of thing. Rohr put Nacho there due to his killer instincts. In midfield, it is easy to switch, Onazi - Ndidi but strikers can hardly leave his duty post.

That should have been Rohr's decision and probably getting Osimhen/Kayode to come in for Etebo.
[/quote]I just love this guy called thegoodjoe... for me Rohr lost that match, he took SA for granted and lacked technical depth on the match day... he looked so confused! no thanks to Onazi that kept burning nitro for nothing confusing the defense line and co midfielders... As for Etebo dude is good no doubt but he lacks creativity... Iheanacho, it's only a fool that would blame this young man because even a blind man could see that he wad starved of the ball.... Echiejile, uhmmmm So much for experience players. Rohr should be criticized, he looked lost in the match. Baxter just got him schooled.. one thing is sure, we will pick up our broken pieces and bounce back to victory, overall we can't always win but truth is we lost in an embarrassing manner. not even a shot in target!

The 2019 AFCON Qualifiers

Group E
Nigeria, South Africa, Libya, Seychelles

South Africa seems to be the only country that could provide us with a hard nut to crack.

Lybia and Seychelles are not walkovers, but on paper should not worry us a bit. These two countries should be good testing grounds for Rohr led technical crew to try out a good number of green horns from the array of young stars outlined.
. lol you are not serious ataw. Rohr should experiment with the two teams so we risk missing 2019 afcon abihuh play the best legs and beat them silly, u can try green horns during friendly... my eyes do not forbid seeing nigeria win 6-0
