Family › Re: Natural Weight Or Fat Management Therapy by Drkul(f): 7:30pm On Mar 08, 2016 |
Unique04: I googled online about c9 bcus I intended buying the product from forever living, I came upon a blog where the ingredients of the diet were analysed and only garcinia Cambodia has some weight loss properties,(limited), the overall review was that it's a fad diet. I read the comments of some users and was disappointed. A lot of people who used it claimed to have seen no results, only one person claimed to have lost 2 kg and according to him, he would have lost same by consuming a low calorie diet. According to them all, they followed the instructions to the latter. I was actually disappointed cus I had been a victim of ineffective weight loss products. I bought a slimming pad last year and instead of loosing, I added weight. After seeing the reviews from those independent people, I lost hope in c9 product and have decided to register in a gym. By the way, am 22 and weighs 70 kg. If hello dear, just as Biim said, loosing weight or should i rather say fat loss is 80 percent healthy eating and 20 percent exercise, and it not just about loosing the fat but making sure the fat doesnt pile up again. i went on a healthy diet with lil exercise( skipping and dancing) from nov to feb and i was able to loose 8kg and still counting. check out this thread for a healthy weight loss https://www.nairaland.com/2831446/2016-weight-loss-healthy-livingslow and steady wins the race |

100Cents: From January 1 to February 14..
About 15 bottles of wine, 4 packets of Juice, 18 bottles of Amstel malta, 2 bottles of 7up, and so you mean its not healthy for me ? Hi friend, its not healthy at all. That's sugar you are storing into your system, you may not see the aftereffects now but in the long run. Try to reduce it |

teemanbastos: Hi nairalanders, ... Pls help me, I take soft drinks everyday... I know the implications but I feel overcome by it. Any idea on how to stop this.. I know there are many people in my shoes. Please advices.
Cc:lalasticlala Its good you realised the implications of excessive intake of soft drink, and you have taken the 1st step which is trying to stop. I was once in similar situation last year, I was addicted to soft drink, juice, fruit wines etc. I knew I needed to stop, but I couldn't. Whenever I go out or when drinks are at home(we have crates at home most times) I tend to take it often always saying to myself "this will be the last drink" but I kept on taking it. Funny thing was when people are in group talking about their addictions and I say am addicted to drinks they laugh it off. I felt bad cos I needed help to stop but no one understood me saying one or two soft drinks everyday aint addiction. But that's how addiction starts. I believe addictions are things we stop on our own without even realising how we stopped it. I woke up one morning in november and said to myself I needed to stop this by all means, and that was it from nov till now I can't remember taking any drink except on dec 31st where I took a glass of pure heaven wine at a friend's trad. As at from nov till now I haven't taken any liquid that is not water or tea. When I go out or on occasions I take water instead, seeing drinks now sort of irritates me. So cheers friend, you can do it you just have to be determined, discipline yourself(self control over what goes into your body) and be committed to stopping or reducing it. |
