Went for the test...wrote....not bad.....couple of trick maths questions as well as sales and scenario questions.

I guess I did ok hence I was invited for a screening interview...questions asked were focused on talking about myself...what I did...what am doing now and why I applied for the job with orange group. What I also expected expected to earn was also discussed. I had a figure in mind higher than what I was earning before and told them that. Lets see how it goes they said though it was way beyond.

Got a mail that I did well and was invited to the next stage of the recruitment process.

NB: know your onions.. about the past jobs you have been at.

Another important thing is.. read and know every aspect of your cv. Some people do not write their cv or just add stuff to their cv to impress. Even if u do that please read your cv...like a text book.

So if you are asked questions like " how many years of work experience do yoi have" or " tell me the names of your staff or how many people did you train "..... you don't start stuttering or say something far different from what you have in your cv!

Recruiters want to know if you are actually who and what you say you are from your cv especially when you have quite some lenghty work experience and achievements .

Religion /Faith) are Ya'll of the same faith? Is it a problem for ether of you if your not?
what faith will you raise your family(kids) in?
Family obligations)Do ya'll have any?
What are they and how are you to handle them,what is expected of the spouse?
WORK) Will she work,do you want a stay at home wife after the children are born ,does she agree with this.
LOCATION)Will ya'all live nearether of your families.Do ether of you have a dream location to live in.

I beg to disagree, not totally though cos u have made some salient points. However, some personal individual devotions are by far enriching, spirit filled and captivating compared to many church gathering. After all, worshipping God is the uttermost intent except for other ulterior motives like going to church show case wealth, clothes, singing skills etc.

Personally and in my own blessed opinion, I go to church when I feel like and hold my personal devotion if I choose to... Am worshipping God, not man

Because i am breastfeeding, I was postponing the weight loss program and was adding more weight.

To be on fruit fasting, you should take more of fruits that are filling and more of fibre so it can be able to hold you wella. I advice you keep lots of cabbage, garden egg, cucumber, carrot. Etc handy

Dont really know how often, but I do take it most morning before breakfast.
Ginger has lots of health benefits from digestion of food, abdorption of essential nutrients, for cold detoxification and increases rate of metabolism.
High metabolism increases chance of weight loss.

One thing that has also worked for me is picking realistic goals and ways of getting there
For me all those quick quick diets such as the shakes etc dont work for me because I cant sustain that kind of lifestyle ongoing.
I like my food & chewing & will not substitute a whole meal with a drink for the rest of my life
So what I have done is to still eat all my favourite foods but to cut down on size and be sensible with my choices
The weight loss is slow, but its steady and it takes more to put it back on again

I plan my meals round protein, so for example I may grill a whole fish and have it with some greens and I am okay with that.

Once I start proper again, I will start posting actual meals and probably taking pictures as well
