My Brother John. We should not be talking about travel issues on a Nutrition forum. All the same, lets look at your options. If you have tried getting a visa to the Uk or USA with no positive result, i will think, you should be looking at the option of staying back in your present location. I do not help people to secure visa to anywhere. but I could package you to be able to be eligble to be offered a visa. from your history it is an up hill task to get a visa to the countries you mentioned. But we all know that not is impossible to him that believes. For now keep believing and keep trying.

It is good to know that people are alive and all that. Well this is not a defence but facts as they apply. I am a nutritionist who is into tourist becos they have a meeting point. Especially when you have to talk about have good recreational habit for a healthy living. There is a meeting place between nutrition and tourism; Health Farm.

So Diva or whatever you call yourself, we live in the information age and the possibilities of holding two professional role is very possible. I guess you belong to the industrial age where you stick to one job and get bored to death. As a Travel consultant not an agent, my major role is on issue that partains to health travel destinations and the importance of choosing good leisure activities to promote a healthy mind and body through travel.

I AM NOT A TICKET RESELLER OR FLIGHT COMFORMATION DESK OFFICER. But a Professional that helps you choose a good destination within the rich West African coast where you will have the opportunity of de-stressing your mind and body in a very seneric atmosphere and with fun loving people.

Dear Fresh-Hope

If you have been diagnosed diabetes, you will need to know which one. As there are two types Type 1 and Type 2. One is dependent on insulin and the other is not. I have a feeling that you are with Type 2. then if so you will have to watch your food and nutrition very carefully.

Once the diagnosis is made, diet is the number one way to control this potentially dangerous condition. With the right diet choices a person with type 2 diabetes can expect to be unencumbered by their disease.

Most patients who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes will be put on a diet consisting of NO carbohydrate for at least the first 2 weeks. The diet is designed to help the patient obtain or maintain a good blood sugar level. You the patient will be expected to be disciplined in your eating.

Carbohydrate intake is directly related to the blood sugar levels. Of course, you are advised to watch your fat intake while cutting down on carbohydrates. The amount of protein will be increased, while you will be consuming very little carbs after the first two weeks. It is advisable to substitute monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats for saturated fats.

A consultation with a nutritionist is a good idea for someone beginning on a diabetic diet. The change to the lifestyle may be confusing for some and an expert in nutrition can steer the patient in the right direction. They may even be able to make up some meal plans for the beginning until the patient becomes accustomed to their new style of eating.

Now this above mentioned diet will be done with some certain supplements that i will recommend for you and certain blood investigations that will be carried out at a good Lab.Most times, i monitor the patients for up to a year with a fee. For more information, you can call me on 080342641. I live in Lagos on the Island ie Lekki.

Before gaining weight, we should look at you current size, lifestyle and activity ratio. Are you getting what you body needs? How is your sleep pattern like? These are questions that must be answered before we jump into giving you any advise on what type of foods to do. But basicaly a diet high on carbonhyrates, like Sugar drinks, starchy foods like Rice pasta and fast foods like cakes, ice creams are good to add weight on but be warned that being fat is asking for health related problems so be CAREFUL. so you should be able to answer so of these questions as outline above.

Dating And Meet-up Zone / Re: Do (real) Mentors Still Exists? by DrObinna(m): 6:31pm On Jul 15, 2008
I think you see things like that, based on the experiences you have had. I agree with the rest of the pack that, there exist good Guys out there who will not be interested in sex, but will want to help you with what ever part in life that you have choosen. But you on your part should be very careful not to be caught playing seducing roles when looking for a Mentor.

Final word, you are better of with Females Ok smiley!

My Dear Friend

I was touched by you post. As a Nutrionaist, i think i will beable to help you. What i think you should do is that you should eat only protein based foods like meat, fish, beans moi-moiand akara, unripe plantain and breadfruit.then take alot ofmulti-vitamins that will help take of the free radicals that your body will beproducing dueto the exess blood sugar level. Relax iwill soon post what you will have to do in an organised format.

meanwhile stay away from any thing that contains sugar or carb.

see you soon

[My Brother

Well done, i like your mindset so keep it up! I am a tourism consultant, so i felt that ishould be able to help. The best thing to do is (1) Hire a car if you are not mobile so that you will not worry about jumpimg from one taxi to another. (2) Do Cinema togather, Silverbird or nu'metro at the Palms will be your best bet. After that you can do window shopping togather still [/i] at the Palms. (3) You can end the day with a dinner at any good joint within the same locality
ie V.I. or even [/i] inside the Palms.

haveand give her a nice time
