My advice for student apartment, lets say Self contain or single room based on my own personal experirnce;
Ventilation, illumination(the last time a friend got a self con that is so obscure that he couldn't get to see well even in the afternoon and he happens to be an artist), serenity(calm and cool for reading) and good security,good water supply, absence of shit from the landlord or landlady

I must confess that I rooted for APC to win the last Presidential election,what a blooper to make, its such a pity, I have always scorned the saying that the worst civilian regime is better than the best military regime, guess I have made a fool of myself instead, its so much true. If you think of this Buhari's administration has being any less of of a military Regime, you have been beguile by that very evil that has kept us all in liberal bondage

Add that to the 4 weeks that you had sex with her and you get 6 weeks. Why do you think pregnancy is usually 40weeks in women? It starts to count from the day of the last Menstrual period.
