u have got the simpliest topic to reseach on.
i have not had the opportunity to make research on such a simple topic but i know the following;

1. communications - very well and someone rightly said above, living without phones was a nightmare.

2. political confussion - yes, pdp has finally become an offical party in nigeria without official oposition hence one party system.

3. killer squad - the obj administration was more of a killer squad and he proved that with bola ige and some other gr8 politicians who killed without trace including the two communities in baylesa and benue respectively.

4. official thugry - late adedibu and chris uba were officially recognised under obj as the destruction of any known oposition no matter his/her political status.

5. electricity - under obj, we learnt a great lesson which is, the more money u invest on our electricity, the worse it becomes hence the investment of us$16b

6. bank joke - under obj, soludo was used to decieve nigerians on bank reforms which recent events are showing all that were jokes and the direct effect of that joke was the official prostitution allocated to our female bankers in their efforts to meet up bank targets.

7. official recognition of untouchables - bode george(now touchable), tony annenih, chris/andy uba, ibb, and a host of other untouchables were recognised by the administration.

8. privatization of nigeria - practically everything in nigeria was privatized including the air we breath

9. electorially out of the world - election is defined as a mean of power change. under the obj's administration, never recognised election rather it choosed selection. the 2007 show of shame remains second to none in the history of this world

10. family business - nigeria became a family business as the obasanjos, adedibus, ubas and a few other familes took over the over 200 million ppl of nigeria by fire and by force.

i hope with these few points of mine, i have been able to convience and not confuse u over the simplicity of this topic of urs as it relates to the achievements of obj.

becomrich3: so Dr. Vincent Ogbulafor , was a Dr, it tell you degree does not matter. Some saying you most be PHD to be president of nigeria. Which is pure Nonsense.  Even if your PHD is selling Kunu. They say they aare better than you.

How does this PHD maths formula help you to be a good president.  Now is Nigeria problem economy or the lack of engineering facilities. What nigeria need is engineering revolution. We need an engineer to be president to give us engineering revolution and make us develop.
We have tried many people with phd in economics,chemistry, law and others and they all have failed us. so since everything is zoned in nigeria, we have to zone the presidency of nigeria to engineer Habi. No be so. The president of Nigeria must be zoned to engineers.

so tell me how does this PHD maths help anyone ,who claim he has PHD , so for that reason is should be the president. How does his PHD help you manage NIgeria.

I am even in a better position and better qualified honest to be president than Jonathan goodluck. This is been honest with you people. I have the required experience and the international and engineering experience to take Nigeria to the next level. But I have seen the satellite pictures and I can tell you. You people need only prayer and fasting before a civil war. Nigeria would end up in civil war , it is difficult to avoid if the nation of nigeria continues, that been honest with you. people life should matter. I am busy , have wonder day.

Image123: if you're referring to frosb, i'm sorry you got it wrong. You overrate the guy, he never fell from anywhere. He was no where important in God's kingdom, just an over aggrieved ex deeper life member. We are praying for him to truly encounter the Saviour though.

goodguy: There are actually no grounds for divorce, Biblically.

I believe every Christian bases their justification of divorce on Matt 5:32.  But a proper scrutiny of that text shows that Jesus was actually not justifying divorce, but was simply against adultery. 

"But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."  (Matt 5:32, KJV)

"But I say to you that every one who divorces his wife, except on the ground of unchastity, makes her an adulteress; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery."  (Matt 5:32, RSV)

Those underlined words are what confuse people, thereby making them interprete the verse completely out of context.

Before I try explaining what Jesus meant here, note that adultery has always been frowned upon, and divorce allowed even right from the days of Moses (Deut 24:1); and Jesus himself acknowledged that in verse 31 of that text.

But in verse 32, it does seem like Jesus was 'permitting' divorce (not commanding it though) if one partner is caught in the act of adultery.  But was he really?  We'll find out now.

Since Jesus himself frowns on adultery (Matt 5:27-28), it therefore implies that his message actually is (paraphrasing now):

"Every one who divorces his wife, makes her an adulteress and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.  You only become innocent of this offense (. . of making someone else commit sin), if and only if it was on the grounds of adultery that you divorced her, afterall, she was already committing the sin itself before you left her anyway."

Here, Jesus is saying that the only situation in which divorce and remarriage are possible, without breaking the seventh commandment, is when it has already been broken by some serious sexual sin.  Clearly, he was against adultery, and adultery alone, and was in no way advocating divorce.

This is a correction to the widely misinterpreted statement of Jesus that "one is free to divorce if one finds one's partner guilty of adultery".  No, this is not what Jesus was saying.  If Jesus actually meant this, then he would be contradicting himself in Mark 10:2-6,9:

"And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him.  And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you?  And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away.  And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.  But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. . . What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder."
