Ity dee: I have swollen legs and sometimes palpitation in my heart. there is a big vein on my left shoulder but this is missing on my right shoulder. I have sharp pains on my right side and my urine is sometimes very yellowish and concentrated. i have done all test and came out clean but my legs are swollen and side painful and unable to sleep more than 4 hours every night. Pls help

Baroba: Hi Dr Sandhu, a bp no of 120/89 is it borderline hypertensive, secondly I engage in extreme cardio exercise whereby my HR shoots up to 188 and then drops, are there any dangers associated with this sort of exercise. second question please, my father in law has been diagnosed with CHF, he is suffering from SOB, peripheral oedma,extreme exhaustion, and vomiting. Until later dat they told me is ulcer which i av been told to stop drinking and all stuffs. I have been experiencing chest pain for a couple of weeks now and at the advice of my doctor, I went to emergency. There, they ran an ECG and chest x-ray on me and found nothing wrong. I'm still experiencing the pains and wondering what can be wrong.

I've been to one of the most reliable hospital here in Nigeria and I was asked to run various tests like ECG, ECHO, blood tests and even chest x-ray but all the test shows that there is nothing wrong with my heart according to the doctor but I still feel the symptoms especially when I am resting. Please advice.
