N agro...I have been deployed
The problem am facing now is that my Bvn date of birth does not match my documents date of birth..and I was unable to print my ppa letter

Please help me out,what should i do

Mine isnt just reading any finger at all

Just go to where u install the nasims app (on ur dashboard),u will see lunch under where they wrote 64 bit, just click on that lunch,u are good to go

If u are experiencing "some error occurred" while trying to login to nasims biometric fingerprinting app
Just download the new version of the app, this new version is going easily,u will be done with ur fingerprinting within 2mins with the new version.. the version is super fast
That's how I did mine..I wish u guys well

Please which browser did you use and what time did you try to log in? Is it still nasims.gov.ng

I used chrome, and I checked it on Sunday around 4 pm
