I suffered a very scary cold in late January such that i thought I was gonna die coz I was suffocating. I breath in air but still feeling like I was being choked to death.with other symptoms like chest pain,fever,cough, and I totally lost my voice such that anyone standing 5 meters away can't hear when I speak.
I am not ashtmatic, neither do I have any chronic illness. I know common cold when I see one. A kind of cold that I've never experienced in my entire life.
And this lasted for about 3 weeks

You could be right bro. Since we have hearing loss, we have fewer distractions by way of noise or music when barbing, so we focus all our visual attention towards a good haircut. I don't even play music in my salon despite the insistence of some of my clients because I see no reason to be playing music in my own shop when I myself can't hear it.

No body here can rightly diagnose what is wrong. It is only through medical tests that the real situation can be determined.

It could very well be a harmless growth, or something more serious.
