When you truly understand this, you will apologize to God for all the evil things that have ever happenned to you.

Yes, you heard me correctly.

You need to ask God's forgiveness for the bad things that have happenned to you.

God does not afflict man willingly.

Here is a biblical principle though:

You will cry out to God when you are in trouble.

Same principle Jesus shows when he tells the parable of the prodigal son.

You should be apologizing to God when bad stuff happens to you.

Just as the prodigal son wanted to go home and apologize to his father, even though he had just been put through an ordeal.

Obviously your not an American.

Americans naturally feel they have a duty to poorer people and countries.

Didn't you see when President Bush promised 15 million in aid to the tsunami victims and Americans went off about his stinginess and he quickly changed that to 350 million and more now I believe. We actually had helicopters and food in quicker to the Tsunami victims than the victims in our own country during Katrina.

I always wonder why people want to be the spokesperson championing the richest and most powerful government in the world. To protect the richest and most powerful from having to help with it's cash and support -- the poorest.

America has a duty and she recognizes it. At least the people do. GW had to be rebuked.

I have 5 children. After my divorce, I have been proposed to more times than I can count.

I actually use my children as the reason I don't want to get married.

I have issues trusting men around my children, my boys too but especially my daughters who are drop dead gorgeous even at 5 and 10 years old.

The woman in this case was absolutely correct, you do not run every Tabo, Duwa and Oseun to meet your kids. Your kids don't need to see all those potentials in your life.

Do you know that back in the 1900's Black folks who sung Spirituals were opposed to "Gospel" music! LOL

Now look at how Gospel music is so accepted.

As if they know that God is up in heaven only listening to country music or classical music or gospel music.

And of course the bible says: God sings over us!

The person you were talking to obviously had an agenda and used scriptures to defend it. But by studying the scriptures, we can see the person's fallacy.
