I can only speak of the WAEC. If you have the certificate not SOR, then d DOB should be printed boldly on the top left side of it.

We had to have a meeting with some reps from the Head quaters today around 9am.
They administer some questioneers about the problem with the online registration.

Honestly, now we having more and more PCMs telling us they've been posted!!!!

Yes boss, fill in your real age in any form given, even during our time we experience variations in the DOB, almost everyone date reads 1st, month. Year.



Call up letter would be ready I think, 3-5 days before orientation camp.

What you need to print now is Green Card( which bears your Call up number on it) okay.

There two different things

Green Card
Call up letter.


A green card, shows you have completed your registration. It's bears your call up number on it, kit size, school graduated from, class of degree, state of origin etc.


A call up letter, bears the state in which you are posted to.


While a call up Number, is a unique identification code with the short code of your university, year of service year, and Nysc.

it was already late and my area is kinda bad so I left and told her I will come early morning tomorrow

Another thing that could have happened is if she had opened two tab at the same time,I mean registering two pple at the same time, it could affect and may she had made the mistake of taking the person fingerprint instead of yours on ur own account! Ask her that how many pple were she doing it for at the same time?

It won't affect any of your documents. As the certificate does not bear your date of birth on it Man. As far as the date of birth is within the range if service year. Shikenan, you would be deployed.

But if you wish, go get the waec Pin for age verification.

By the way, What year are you talking about here relative to your sist's WAEC Result?

Because its of Recent that they started oo and once you wrote the exam b4 the commencement of the display of Date on Certificate, even if it takes you 100yrs b4 collection, yours won't show oo I believe.

Above all, Whether it is shown or not, shey na you write your exam and definitely you know what date you used then even if you used 'football age', you know exactly what you cut off. Abi you were less than 15 ni as at that time? If that is the case, then na Mummy or Daddy you fit ask oo if they might made a mistake then.

but then it refused to printout,, saying its best to use Mozilla or whatever

I just prayed she hasn't done some funny stubs with ur reg like thumbprint for you! Just saying tho cos it's not possible for you to proceed without the thumbprint done and dusted! I spent almost 3hours on that particular stage...

BTW: there is no need for us to panic as NYSC will tell us when printing of call up letter is ready!!!

She was printing out her green card, d letter came after d green card came out. Out of surprise, the café attendant logged into her account to see d letter, it wasnt there again. Simple as that. Dis isnt hear say, i was there in d café dis morning.

my conclusion:
Posting is done immediately reg is successful.

Call up letter is delayed to give room for leggings plus not to create panic and unnecessary headache for yet to register pcm (since d reg period is almost a month)

Whatever way it turns out to be; me no dey worry myself about anything....

Could be an error from d portal.

Again this seems to strengthen my stand on the deployment being done by a computer program.

it also tells us with style that posting is done immediately after successful reg!...

My broda, it's not fake o, a lady also got hers in d café i registered. She was d only one nd i saw d letter with my eyes. She was given Enugu and ders also no camp address on hers. Tbe amazing thing is that wen dey logged into her account, d letter wasn't there. The café attendant sed she should still check back wen odas are printing just be be sure. So dat info is not fake at all

Please is there anyone with this issue? I printed my Green card, my call up number was up there But my Grade wasnt included under Educational Qualification details Whereas it came up antomatically in the previous steps. Should I be worried?

you don't have to worry, you can fill it up in camp...

WHOOP! Successfully registered after experiencing a change in my date of birth reading that I am over 30 which deterred me from choosing preferred states and immediately after submission, I was notified on my dashboard and through text message that my exemption letter is being processed.

Hence, I quickly rushed down to first bank to obtained the WAEC PIN and effected the change.

So I had to log out and re-log-in before I was redirected to choose my preferred states in this order: Kano, Akwa-Ibom, Abuja and Oyo.

Lo and behold, I have printed my green card with my call-up number conspicuously written as NYSC/TSU/2016/2869**.

All thanks to:

Note: It is not that you will change or alter your Date of birth but upload what you have on your WAEC result.
