Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Beware Of These Job Interview Addresses by DTOBS(m): 7:55am On Jun 05, 2023 |
Voda Paints Limited is not a Scam Company. I once worked there for more than a year and I must tell you that it is one of the best place to work in Lagos. The company located in a 3-Storey Building that houses other companies and Businesses and those doing Job Scam activities happened to be using the last floor of the same building Voda Paints Limited is using. They are the one using Voda Paints Limited name in their fake job invites to people. As at the time I worked there, these scammers have been evicted from the building. Other companies in the same building are; University Press, Paint Manufacturers Association of Nigeria office, Nigeria Small Scale Enterprenuers (not sure I got that right though) office, etc. Please let’s remove Voda Paints Limited from this list as this bad media reputation is affecting the business/brand identity/image. Hi Guys, I just came across this thread and I have been able to read from the first page to this page. Please I have few questions to ask the gurus in the house. I have been trying the study route but I just thought of doing this EE too just to spread the net and hope for the best. Please these are my questions: 1. Which do you advice I do first? IELTS or WES? 2. Is it possible to be in the Federal Express Entry Pool and at the same time apply for a particular Province Nomination too? I heard it helps to boost the score. 3. Is it that once you are in the pool (I mean after submitting the EE application), you get to waits every draw time to get selected for ITA and if one is not selected for ITA, at what point can you re-submit the EE Application? Please, I will be grateful for the gurus in the house to help me answers this questions. GraciousWords fruitartist |

Good Morning great people doing great things here! You guys have been incredibble. Please I want to further my enquiries on this project because my people will always say "Person wey ask for road no dey miss road". Big thanks to Mimilyrics and the other wonderful lady (Please I can't remember your monicker now, but you have been wonderful so far on the thread). Now these are my questions: 1. My wife (MA) will be applying for a 2 years Program (Full time), how many years IHS fee are we going to be paying? One year or 2 years? 2. At what point will transcript will be requested for? At the point of Applying to schools or after admission has been given? 3. Also, what type of transcripts is required? The student's copy or the official one directly from school. We made enquiry from the school and they said to send one transcript to a school will cost 30k. 4. Finally, what is the difference between applying to the school directly through their websites and applying through UCAS? I will be so grateful to once again read all your comment - answer. Thanks. |

University of Staffordshire is a very good school with flexible payment. Based on my research, the initial deposit is 3,500 (My wife’s course is 15k) and then the installmental payment is 34%, 33% and 33% of the total tuition fee on Arrival, January and April ending respectively for the September 2022 intake, I guess. I am not sure, if they request for POF before issuing CAS. bastardson: 2 Likes |

I am really grateful for your response Mimilyrics, you have done more than what google will even do cos, trust me, it can be so confusing especially when you don't have a clear direction, but what you've done is to make it so simple for me to relate with and run with. I am so grateful and God will keep blessing you. Furthermore, on the No 2; - Are you saying once we know the school fees/tuition, we can go ahead to start sourcing for funds to use as POF? How then do we know how much we need as POF? will this be included as information during application to the school or how do we get to know the exact POF needed? - Where do I come in as a dependent in the whole application process? Is it at the point after the CAS has been issued to my wife or when?. Cos I understand that there are some test both the MA and the dependent must do, example is the TB test. Will that be done together or differently. (I hope you understand my question). Once again, thanks so much. cc: ducchess90 daviddango mimilyrics: |

Thanks so much for finding time to reply me. I have gone through the first 10 pages of this thread and even the previous ones through the links provided. Now these are the questions, confusion and worries I have as at now; 1. How do I get a school to apply to for my wife? I have tried google but most time, I get same response that do not help or not enough, so I will appreciate if you can direct me on some list of schools to check and apply to for my wife. I am also considering the tuition in this place, so I want moderate tuition schools. 2. After Application, are we to proceed to the Visa office for the Visa Application and when do we start getting our POF documents ready? I am anticipating your answer sir/ma as I want to start the school application process as soon as possible and see how far we can go in short time. Thanks so much sir. cc: duchess90 mimilyrics Davidandgo: 1 Like |

Good evening Everyone, I must really express my joy getting to know about this thread today. Please, Myself and Wife are about starting this process of relocating to UK through study and we are planning to use her as Main Applicant while I will be the dependent. I am completely new to this whole process, terminologies and words used in relocating and I will appreciate getting all the help I can get from A to Z. I am hopeful that it will be easier for me and my wife the same way I have read so many people's testimonies on this thread. I will be reading all the help, guide and advice in the comment section as a reply to this. Thanks so much duchess90 daviddango mimilyrics 1 Like |

Good Afternoon Great Freelancers, My Joy know no bound when I stumble on this thread. I just joined the Upwork Family this March and I have submitted around 8-9 proposals already with 3 clients already in my message box discussing how best I can fit for their project. Now, a lady (a new freelancer too) messaged me that she got blocked on Upwork. She has already gotten an offer and she has started working. I asked her what could be wrong and she said the Means of Identification she used was rejected. At First, she used National ID Card which she said was rejected, then she used Voter’s Card and then it was also rejected. Then she got the message that she has been permanently blocked on Upwork. Now my questions are these; 1. What exact means of ID can one use on Upwork that won’t pose any issue and get one’s account blocked. 2. Is it after one’s got an offer that Upwork request for verification of those ID? 3. What is the implication of not verifying if what you are having is only National ID card and Voter’s Card and they are not accepting that? Please Gurus in the house, help me answer this questions cos I am really scared now that I am getting invites form clients and I am hoping I will be getting an offer soon. Thanks I will be waiting to read everyone’s contributions DrLevy CodedBoy95 2 Likes |
