Please tell me something else. If I may ask, what do they mean by 'plot to takeover APC structures?

Please APC doesn't have any genuine structure of their own. The only true structure they have are Propaganda structures.
As for Political structure, PDP only leased it to the APC. So they can take over their (PDP) structures (not APC structures) anytime they like.

So the right Analogy should be "PDP plans to take back their structures" which they gave to APC willingly!

Politics / Boko Haram Militants Kill One In Fresh Yobe Town Attack by dtruth3(m): 1:57pm On Jan 24, 2016
Boko Haram militants in the early hours of Sunday invaded Babangida town, Tarmowa local government area in Yobe state, killing one person.

The terrorists stormed the town at about 1.45am in Hilux vans and motorcycles which is believed by residents to be a reprisal attack.

Daily Trust gathered that the invaders were forced to take a retreat after a gun duel by the soldiers who were on guard.

A resident of the town, Sulaiman Khalil told our correspondent that the assailants parked their vehicles at the outskirt and sneaked into town on foots and motorcycles.

"Fortunately enough, the security forces were fully aware of their plan. They engaged them in serious gun battle that lasted for hours before the military thwarted their attack plan,” he said.

"But an old man was killed by the insurgents outside his thatch tent before they burnt down the shed; his neighbours said he was trying to escape when the militants saw him."

A fleeing resident told Daily Trust that there were apprehensions of possible attack on the town the day before as “the boys (militants) were sighted at Sassawa Saturday afternoon. We alerted security operatives but nothing was done."

He said that the militants have burnt two patrol vehicles of policemen in the town but Daily Trust could not independently confirm it.

Although the police and the military are yet to comment on the attack, a top security officer told our correspondent that the military had launched an offensive against the insurgents and killed 11 of them last week few kilometers from Biriri town, which may have triggered the reprisal attack.

Babbangida is 50 km north of Damaturu, the state capital and had experienced several cases of Boko Haram invasion in the past.

London Court Registers N99bn Judgment Against Nigeria Military

by admin · January 21, 2016

Victory came the way of the people of Gbaramatu communities of Delta State from the United Kingdom where a London Court on Monday, January 18, entered judgment in their favour to register‎ the judgment of a Federal High Court, Asaba which ordered the Federal Government to pay them N99.9 billion damages for gross violation of their rights by the Joint Task Force in the state, According to the Sun Newspaper.

In the judgment, Mr Justice of Holroyde of the Queen’s Bench Division of the Royal High Court of Justice England and Wales ordered that the judgment of Justice Ibrahim Buba in December 2013 be registered in England against Major General Sarkin Yarkin Bello (now retired), who was the commander of the Delta Joint Task Force.

The task force, on May 5, 2009 descended on the community killing, maiming innocent residents while property worth billions of naira were equally destroyed.

In response, the communities filed a suit at the Federal High Court in Asaba on June 22, 2009.

Their lawyer, Mr Selekeowei Larry (SAN) filed the suit against the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Attorney General of the Federation and Major General Sarkin Yarkin Bello (for himself and on behalf of the Joint Task Force in Delta State) as first, second and third defendants respectively.

The people, among other reliefs, asked the court to declare the bombardment unconstitutional and a gross violation of their rights.

After hearing the plaintiffs and the defendants, Justice Ibrahim Buba held as follows: “That the bombardment of the plaintiffs’ communities in Gbaramatu Kingdom of Warri South West Local Government Area‎ of Delta by the defendants resulting in the demolition/destruction of houses, household furniture/wares, boats, canoes, domestic animals and displacement of members of the communities is in violation of section 217 (2)(c) of the 1999 Constitution and is, therefore, unconstitutional.

“That the sum of N49 billion is awarded in favour of the plaintiffs as special damages against the defendants jointly severally.

“That the sum of N50 billion is also awarded as aggravated and punitive damages against the defendants jointly and severally for the unlawful bombardment and sacking of the plaintiffs’ communities which resulted in wanton destruction of their houses, household furniture and other wares, their domestic animals, canoes, boats, sacred places, artifacts etc and which resulted in total displacement of members of the communities for minimum of three months from May 15, 2009, the effect of which was that members of the communities were living in the swampy mangrove forests in subhuman conditions while others were in a concentration camp and suffered loss of income, disease, and mental torture and the education of their children of school age was disrupted.”

Before applying to the Queen Bench Division High Court of Justice‎ in London to register the judgment, the communities wrote twice to the then Attorney General of the Federation, Mohammed Adoke SAN, asking the Federal Government to comply with the judgment.

However, two years after the judgment was delivered the government neither complied with the judgment nor challenged it on appeal.

Just In: Court Overrules FG, Strucks Out Treasonable Chargs Against Kanu

The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered that Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) be remanded in prison.

The Federal High Court also struck out six charges of treasonable felony brought against Kanu by the Department of State Services (DSS).

Kanu was arraigned in court today, January 20, 2016 on treason charges and other offences bordering on his agitation for the secession of the Republic of Biafra from Nigeria.

Chuks Muoma (SAN), counsel to Kanu, in his argument said that his client should be detained in prison custody rather than the SSS.

He argued that since his incarceration, his client has been kept incommunicado for three months within the confines of the SSS facility.

He further prayed the court to send the accused person to prison so that his family could have access to him.

But, Mohammed Diri, counsel to the Department of State Services (DSS) in his objection said the accused person should remain under the SSS custody for security reasons.

Diri also prayed the court strike out the charges against Kanu on Friday, December 18.

After listening to the both of them Tsoho gave the order that Kanu be remanded in the custody of the Nigeria Prison Service, Kuje, pending his trial for treason.

Having considered all submissions and application before the court and relying on the constitution, an accused person should be remanded in prison custody, he said.
