i'm in zaria ryt nw nd can confirm the sad news is true, albeit in zaria. it happened in a place where teachers are having their screening. there were many other civil servants as well, nd from what i'm hearing, death is abt 200 or higher.
abt d number i may not b too sure buh the area wher it happened is quite crowded so that number is not unexpected
