I’ll be driving to kaduna later this week. It’s my first time driving this long journey in a stretch, and my first time driving to kaduna from Lagos.

Any tips for a smooth journey??

Taking my car to the workshop tomorrow for servicing (engine oil change, brake pad checks and other little things). spare tyre, fire extinguisher and jack intact.

What else should i take care of, I don’t want my car to give any issues on the road. It’s a Camry XLE 2007.

Ah! You have to break that journey ooo. Its very long so cool it down in a hotel and finish the next day. That is how to make travel sweet and fun and safe.

you probably need to figure out why the girl keeps coming back before you intervene. ideally she is the one to make the report as she is an adult. las las dem fit go use you settle quarrel. the caretaker/landlord has no more right to report the matter than you do cos all of you are external to the matter in a way. except you want the landlord to evict the man cos of the violence. the landlord may decide not to evict as e no dey tenancy terms or he could be a wife beater himself.

Also even if the evict him are you sure the babe will not follow the guy to wherever he goes next?

it does not matter. As long as the people around discharge their duty of reasonable care owed to their fellowman with time both of them will marked and that mark will follow them everywhere.

Funny enough, weda Fake courts or unlawful command or legal fake, fake legal they are binding. It's not just private sector, even civil service they have their own terms.
When you sign these documents, you give away your personal rights, weda the treatment is unfair or unjust after signing.
That's why one has to weigh these things. Organizations knows that people can leave without notice, that's why they bring all these terms.
Weda you are treated unfair or unjust in the job, the wise thing to do is to go through the terms you signed, if it is notice,you give, if it is to return a previous month salary, you return or any other thing, just do and free yourself.

They are not binding. All these shit occurs because Nigerians dont care about their rights and this is why they deserve to have the kind of leaders they have.

unfair and unjust? thats why the terms and condition of work is given to a staff to sign. once you are sign, it is bounding. if after reading and you are not satisfied, you decline the job.

That is the very definition of duress and slavery. For consent is one of the ingredients that makes a contract valid and binding. And duress, slavery and violation of a person's personal right will always vitiate a contract.

But Nigerians refuse to.know their rights and have even given it up to their kings to treat them like animals even in their fake courts using their fake and unlawful command called "Legal".

When a person parts from a company they know not to take office property.

i believe there are some clause you did read properly in your previous job. some jobs require you to give them notice some months before resigning or return the last month salary or withholding of your pension......if you have your employment letter or conditions of work of your last job, go through it and cross check these details. if there is none, you can go through legal means.

Law supersedes any condition in contract that is unfair and unjust.
