ichuka: Everything being very good doesn't mean perfection.the creation in genesis was a prototype to the real deal, which is Christ. Prototype might be good or even very good, that doesn't make it the reality on ground. Perfection is from Christ(the second Adam)not Adam in prototype in genesis(first Adam) Once a Creator says his creation is good and releases it for use, he impliedly says it is perfect according to him. But perfection does not mean that a product is free from alteration or destruction. Eg see how smugglers have altered our dearly beloved Camry and Volvo in Badagry even their creators will be shocked. |

PerfectView: If we read these verses literally, Genesis 1:31 says that God was satisfied that everything in creation was good, and Genesis 6:6 says that God later realised that this was not the case. That means that at the time of creation, God did not know what the future would be—he was not omniscient. What is your view about this? Which kain mumu post be dis? Did you not see Satan spoilt that which was very good before? As Satan has spoilt it do you not see God managing it like that? Or are you that dense not to real eyes that the only option is either God kukuma destroys us, His work or manage it? And that He chose manage it for our living sakes? Just say that you know that you God is going to destroy you later so you are wishing that He had destroyed the world before you were born. |

============================
Is our bold-faced rape apologist not aware that statutory rape laws apply to anyone who engages in sexual intercourse with an individual below the age of consent, and that the laws are entirely unconcerned and unbothered about trite, arbitrary distinctions like: "Virgins below the ages of 13 according to the Criminal Code", "Children in nursery and primary school", "Insane Persons", "Drunks" etc etc, hmmm?
Our armchair legal practitioner and rape apologist would be doing himself plenty favors by re-familiarizing himself with the Child Rights Act 2003 wherein Section 31 of the Act in particular, deals specifically with Unlawful Sexual Intercourse>>>
(1) No person shall have sexual intercourse with a child.
(2) A person who contravenes the provision of Subsection (1) of this section commits an offence of rape and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for life.
(3) Where a person is charged with an offence under this section, it is immaterial that ‐
(a) The offender believed the person to be of or above the age of eighteen years; or
(b) The sexual intercourse was with the consent of the child
^^^special emphasis on Subsection 3, lmao.

Clearly, apart from the ops apparent infatuation for the girl in question and his jealousy that Olanrewaju had her, all these argument here laid by the Jezebel is just diversionary tactics meant to cover the fact that it is likely that Khadija set up the man.
And that all that has happened to her is God punishing her for evil.
The Jezebel here is really not interested in defending rapes for I even referred her to a thread on the lady who said her father raped her, but the Jezebel said nothing there.
All these abuse and insalts are just diversionary tactics with the op pursuing his mad vindictive agenda of dealing with a Corper who stole and fvcked his 'girlfriend'.
And not one of them has ever arrested and prosecuted anybody even though they knew about this Law.
So, clearly this is all noise making |

Nnamdipapa: There was this thread on Nairaland that made the front page about few days ago about whether a guy should marry a lady just because he got her pregnant.
It got me thinking and took me down memory lane, reminding me of a girl I went to secondary school with.
Khadija was a beautiful, petite teenage girl with big dreams. She rocked a big afro that she always combed out, and her school uniform was always neatly starched and ironed. She had a dark ebony complexion, a permanent smile on her face, and a friendly personality that made everyone like her.
She was the only girl in a family of eight and was pampered by her parents and big brothers. She was in SS1 at Methodist Grammar School in Agege, Lagos. Her family, originally from Kaduna State, had recently converted from Islam to Christianity. She had her life planned out—she wanted to be an engineer and make her family proud.
I was in the same class as her and secretly had a crush on this articulate, beautiful girl.
At the start of SS1, we got a new teacher, Mr. Olanrewaju. He had just graduated from university and was posted to my school after his NYSC. He studied chemical engineering but was assigned to teach physics.
Mr. Olanrewaju was a devout Christian, a worker in Deeper Life Bible Church, and a very serious guy. He always talked about God and the Bible. Since I was also a member of the church, I got close to him, especially after bumping into him at one of our December retreats. He once confided in me that he hated teaching and was only doing it while waiting to land a job as a big-shot engineer in an oil and gas company.
Now back to my story—around this time, Mr. Olanrewaju started getting close to Khadija. He had his office in the Technology Department, a separate building from the teachers' office because he refused to stay with the other teachers.
I noticed he was always studying with Khadija, helping her with assignments, and mentoring her since she also wanted to be an engineer. Plus, she was a new Christian who had just converted from Islam, so he was also guiding her in her faith. Because of this, everyone trusted him.
We all believed he was a good, responsible Christian man, so nobody suspected anything. That’s why we were all SHOCKED when Khadija ended up PREGNANT by him.
It was one of the biggest scandals in our school at the time. Olanrewaju was completely trusted, so no one saw it coming.
Her parents stormed the school in anger, and Khadija, overwhelmed with shame, had to drop out in SS1. Just like that, all her dreams were gone. She was confused and devastated because she had trusted her teacher. Olanrewaju was suspended from the school, and Khadija’s brothers went back to Islam after feeling betrayed by someone they trusted.
Her family was so ashamed that they forced Olanrewaju to marry her. They couldn’t allow their only daughter to have a child out of wedlock—it was an abomination to them.
At that point, Khadija had developed an intense hatred for him. She didn’t want anything to do with him, and even Olanrewaju wasn’t ready for marriage. He was clearly in a position of authority and took advantage of her. Marriage was the LAST thing on their minds.
But their families wouldn’t have it. A wedding was quickly arranged, and Khadija moved in with her husband. Nine months later, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
The scandal eventually faded, and we moved on with school. Years later, I ran into Khadija again.
She already had four kids and looked completely miserable. She never finished secondary school and complained about constant beatings and domestic abuse from Olanrewaju. Even he wasn’t happy in the marriage. I shook my head when I realized this once-bright girl with so much potential was now trapped in a life that felt like a prison—all because she got pregnant.
Now, this brings me to the reason for my rant. Let’s analyze the main issues and their implications:
1. Khadija was a minor and a victim.
She got pregnant from her first sexual encounter, and she trusted her teacher and spiritual mentor. So, in reality, she was a victim. Plain and simple. It makes me so mad when people blame girls in situations like this.
2. The real mistake was forcing her into marriage.
Yes, getting pregnant as a teenager was a mistake. But the BIGGER mistake was forcing her to marry her abuser. That decision ruined her life.
Why did her parents and family insist on the marriage?
To save face. Most Nigerian parents only care about avoiding SHAME. They don’t think about their daughter’s future or happiness. They just want to avoid embarrassment—what will the neighbors say? What will church members think?
They didn’t care whether Khadija loved the man or not. They didn’t care if he was abusive. They just wanted to erase the "shame" of an out-of-wedlock pregnancy.
But listen to me, ladies—pregnancy is NOT the end of your life.
You don’t have to force a man who doesn’t love you into marriage just because you got pregnant. Imagine being stuck with someone for the rest of your life, knowing deep down that you forced him into it. That marriage will NEVER be happy. You’ll be setting yourself up for a life of misery, and you’ll bring innocent children into an unhappy home.
Please, don’t do this to yourself.
What options did Khadija have?
1. They could have safely terminated the pregnancy, allowing her to continue school and chase her dreams. She would have learned an important life lesson and built resilience.
2. They could have let her have the baby while supporting her fully. With proper childcare help, she could have gone back to school and continued her education with a new perspective on life.
In conclusion,
It is wicked and cruel to force a girl into marriage just because of an accidental pregnancy. Meanwhile, look at the tenor and tone of the op here! Do you see him thinking that the girl was raped?
No!
Rather what is apparent is that the op wanted the girl but was clearly very jealous that Corper Olanrewaju had her.
So this is clearly a case of a very malicious and vindictive attack and hot bad belle of which op has even confessed that he is an evil person who never forgivesSo we can all see why he is complaining and abusing me because I made the mistake of telling him what he does not want to hear because I thought he was a reasonable person. Nnamdipapa: That particular one stood out to me and I never forget. Naturaly, I don't believe in forgiveness as it placez you in a vulnerable position |

Nnamdipapa: In Nigeria, the laws regarding statutory rape and sexual activities with minors are primarily governed by:
1. The Criminal Code Act (applicable in Southern Nigeria) 2. The Penal Code (applicable in Northern Nigeria)
3. The Child Rights Act, 2003 (applicable in states that have domesticated it)..
Statutory rape occurs when an adult engages in sexual activity with someone below the legal age of consent, regardless of whether the minor gave consent. Good, shebi you be lawyer and you have seen some of the Laws, oya come and apply it to your case!
See if you can find 1 case that is exactly like you Khadija case where the pig teacher was convicted of Rape as you have been stupidly saying! If you do not find 1, You are a big fool and your life will forever be bitter like the Doctor who just killed himself himself. Yes I said it. |

Nnamdipapa: I was a fellow student and he was my teacher, how the hell do I get him arrested when I was in SS1 myself.
Once again, what kind of a lawyer are you? Did youm attend a night school?
How does any of your question invalidate the fact that an adult in a position of trust abused his authority and raped a minor entrusted under his care? Every student knows the road to the police station. But let me say you are afraid of the police. If it was valid you and all your classmates would have reported to the school authorities and to your parents and to the girls parents There is no way that you will see this kind of evil conduct that you would be able to stay silent. You and your classmates and school mates would have discussed it So did you do this simple one?
No!Only for you to come back here several years after the deed has been done to start saying rape because one stupid bitch here said rape and you mumuishly followed. Are you not a Simp? Not to talk of the fact other teachers and adults would have made matters worse for him. And especially this is not even a case that happened suddenly and covertly, like the ones we read here. So something must be terribly wrong with you for all the adults in the area who heard and saw the matter did not think it fit, it is now you, several years later who is now making noise over a matter you saw first hand and you kept quiet! In fact if you are in your right mind have him arrested and prosecuted now, for there is no time bar against a crimeIf you get a conviction I WILL PAY YOU ALL YOUR LEGAL FEES FOR PROSECUTING THE MATTER! So, if you are not a very stupid person do it now. You can also add me to case suing me for defamation and i'll pay you damages if my words offend you. Courts are online now so fire on. Or in the alternative and in addition to your impeding prosecution, I will write to Methodist Grammar School, asking details about Mr. Olanrewaju, teaching physics, who impregnated one Khadija, informing them how you are defaming both the school and the teacher, whom you accuse of Raping and impregnating a student.
This too can work and we can all get to see the rapist being burnt to death!!! So let's go kill some rapists using the Law!
Death to all Rapist!!!Ps. What is Khadija's surname? And I use this medium to call on all anti rapist NGOs to ensure that your rapists does no longer walks freely |

Family › Re: Statutory Rape Only Protects Virgins And Not Whorres by Dtruthspeaker(op): 4:14am On Feb 03, 2025 |
Thus, for now as far as I can see statutory rape only avails
1) Virgins below the ages of 13 according to the Criminal Code.
2) Children in nursery and primary school.
3) Children, no matter the age whose parents or guardians are capable of defiling.
4) Insane Persons.
5) Drunks# (it may protect them)
So, for the sake of those depraved minds or those who have understanding issues, let me state here that statutory rape means an irrebuttable presumption of rape has taken place and even if the parties had consensual sex and the accused gives irrebuttable evidence showing that the "protected" consented and participated in the sex, IN THE EYES OF THE LAW IT IS STILL A RAPE.
And the accused immediately stands guilty as a rapist.
That is the meaning of statutory rape. |

Therefore, if a girl has already will fully removed her virginity by having sex, then she can not be protected by this special Law.
She is now protected by the normal general law that applies to every adult which is that no one must rape her. |

Flowing from the discuss in the thread https://www.nairaland.com/8331529/pregnant-teacher-life-destroyed-forced#133957973It is needful to state that in Africa statutory rape does not avail whorres and girls who fvck around, in secondary school. The concept of statutory rape is based on the idea that the girl is a virgin. And since she being a virgin she is entitled to be protected from any and every wrong defilement. Thus, whether she is 7yrs or 37yrs a virgin is always under the protection from any rape and any defilement. |
