Engine Oil (20W-50) are used by classic engines

First number (20W): Shows how the oil flows in cold winter temperatures.

Second number (50): Shows how thick the oil stays at high engine heat.

Most vehicles that use 5w 20 also accomodate 5w 30

Can 20w 50 not be used in our 5w 30 vehicles since our temperature here does not really get cold enough to make engine oil cake like bad ororo?
