I have figured out that The Holly Spirit is The Countenance of God moving forth from Him, which is also lesser than Him, so, YES! THEY ARE NOT FULLY EQUAL, Like your solid, liquid and gas.

But, The Word and The Countenance of God are Powerful as God has given them.

But God is Super, Super Greater and He Himself has not yet Moved, only Sent His Word and His Countenance do to His Will.

We have not seen The Highest Move. O, if He should move, hmmm.

Remember "Mountains melt or skip, the world fled AT ONLY THE SOUND O OF HIS VOICE, the seas dried up" and these could either be Him or The Power of His Word or Countenance.

He Only Spoke and worlds were created, what would happen if He Moves or lift up a Hand? What would happen?

The “greatness” spoken, could relate to their role not essence.

I think "equality" is what is preventing you from understanding that "Oneness" does not mean equal.

The body is one and the chest seems to be the largest area, but, a slight cut on the smallest finger, upsets the whole body.

Thus, unity and oneness does really care about greatness or smallness but about smooth co -operation and seamlessness.

Let me explain with something easier. When the sun shines on us, we feel the heat from it, don't we? The ray of the sun hitting us makes us sweat. This ray is generated not created. And when something is generated from the source, it possesses everything the source possess.

God didn't create Jesus. Jesus was generated from God (source). And possesses everything God possess.

That is why he is called Son of God.
That title is not the same thing as what we know when women gives birth here on earth

The trinity is one God in three different person(not form) each with different task, an illustration I use to understand the concept is like taking Ice and put it in a plate, then heat the plate, the scene in the process whereby the ice (solid) is melting (liquid) and at the same time evaporating(gas) all in different states but still H20 is like a simple illustration of the trinity of God, even though this may not be completely accurate but it's the best I can come up with.

Sorry to disagree, even though I still believe in trinity. The ice, water and gas are still equal, whereas The Father is Always greater than The Son!, hence your explanation could be validly faulted, even though it is a very good one.
