Well, this is quite a difficult question if you ask me...you know why? some people will love you unconditionally in poverty but when the money comes they disappear, while some people will love you unconditionally when the money is there but once money is no more they disappear. its quite confusing...but what is love sef? |
emiye: The precedence for such impunity has been set.Mehn i have never seen someone as loyal like that man. even when chime was out of the country for over 3 months. and he refused to impeach chime then. This Life! |
On Thursday, Van Gaal is likely to be presented to the media in a press conference at Old Trafford and on Friday, they will all be jetting off for four glamorous pre-season assignments in the United States. It will mark the culmination of an extraordinary two months for Van Gaal and after first flying out from Amsterdam to Brazil for the World Cup eights weeks ago, the globe-trotting Dutchman will have clocked up just short of 50,000km by the time United return to Carrington on August 3. Van Gaal, remember, bristled at suggestions that he needed a holiday after the World Cup, determined to immediately take up office at Old Trafford. That decision is quite understandable. After all, he will have only 32 more sleeps before his new side begin their Premier League campaign against Swansea at Old Trafford. Nonetheless, having travelled the length and breadth of Brazil, he now heads back across the Atlantic on a non-stop tour of the USA, beginning on the West Coast in Los Angeles and culminating in Michigan. In and amongst a cacophony of commercial activities that will inevitably punctuate United’s trip, Van Gaal must resolve a series of headaches in the coming month. Here, Sportsmail assesses his in-tray and the major decisions that must be made. Once he’s rummaged his way through this to-do list, Van Gaal may find himself yearning for a sun lounger and a holiday after all... 1. Add three more players in the transfer window (including two defenders) After the departures of Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic and, in the coming days, Patrice Evra, United are desperately in need of reinforcements in the defensive positions. Van Gaal is keen to bring in two defenders before the transfer window closes. Thomas Vermaelen of Arsenal remains a prime target and the player remains hopeful of completing a move to Old Trafford, with a wage package understood to have been agreed in principle some time ago. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, however, is proving a stumbling block. 2. Cleanse the squad of the debris United officials have been informed that Van Gaal prefers to work with a squad of around 23 players, which means that several will have to be offloaded. There is a feeling at Old Trafford that United have opted for quantity over quality in recent years and Van Gaal is keen to slimline his bloated squad. Uncertainty hangs over the future of Nani, Ashley Young, Wilfried Zaha, Shinji Kagawa and Javier Hernandez. 3. Appoint a captain The narrative of the battle for supremacy between Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie has occupied too many pages of newsprint for United’s liking in recent times. Under Sir Alex Ferguson, Van Persie was king. When Moyes arrived, Rooney was the blue-eyed boy, restored to the central position and signing a new five-year contract. Van Gaal needs them both on side if United are to return to the top 4 and challenge for the Premier League title. The captaincy is vacant following the exit of Nemanja Vidic and vice-captains Evra, Ferdinand and Giggs, with Rooney and Van Persie the prime candidates to assume responsibilities. Anyways, for the ibos the family house is always left for the first son. this inheritance of a thing just makes one lazy and when a lazy person gets it, hardly do they ever improve or add to whats already been given to them. instead they just diminish whats there. As for me whether inheritance or no inheritance i don't even think i will need it cos i don't think of it. if they gimme fine, if they don't gimme fine. |
See eh...i think lack of exposure is worse and very shameful. you're educated and not exposed...you will always be lost or stay carrying last all the time cos of lack of exposure in some situations. and i don't think being exposed makes one a literate either although it could reduce the illiteracy level to an extent...depends. both are terrible o! |
Yemlizzy: A smartie with a nice sense of humour does it for me.That's what y'all say. with the nice sense of humour they will label u a joker or something. he's never serious bla bla bla.. |
v24m: Those are the ones they end up marrying but just dont talk aboutLOL! Exactly. bet why? why is life like that? ![]() |

Moral Lesson: I will not / never buy from any online store again. even if i have to, if they don't do pay on delivery i ain't buying shii from any online store anymore. Another one that scares me is this Jumia store, the fashion category to be specific. Mehn those pictures look like they copied it from somewhere or Photoshopped the destiny out of those foot wears. if you buy them and when they deliver you see another thing it could be very depressing. @OP Sorry o! |
iriskiki: My brother, that's life I guess. Maybe it's end time thingsLool. |
iriskiki: You are right... I don't mean the issue of the traveling. I mean that since he doesn't want to talk after all her attempts, she should not get herself worked up trying to force him to talk. Whenever I do that, it mostly leads to higher tension. So I give it a few days. And he is usually ready to talk.Oh Okay. the guy sha na drama queen. they be acting like u need to sacrifice a cow so as to appease the gods. |
I really don't know what's happening in your firm / bank. But my advice is just make sure you have something on ground or another job before you think of leaving. There are so many peeps outside there that have nothing and are even more qualified and would do anything just to have a job. i do work from monday to saturday here and its not been easy at all...my company has no regard for its staff or workers whatsoever, even as we do more risky things on the job. am not going to go into much details but what can one do looking at the present situation in the country. So think before u make any move. |
Dayum!! quite an interesting story...for some reason i don't believe this actually happened. if it did, why would you tell us all of this with ur main account and ur profile pic...that's if that's you. sha continue the story. |
frainc: Abeokuta is very cheap alsohmmm, that's cool...only if i knew during the days of nysc. i would have lived like a king. |
tyson99: Come to Abeokuta and seeLol. Abk is cheaper or more expensive? |
iriskiki: Hi. I suggest one of two things. Ignore the issue, act as normal. When he is ready to talk he will. Or call him for a sit down chat, as many times as it takes. Either way, be sincere and I guess you can show him you withdrawal slip.Madam, did u just say ignore the issue? Ha! i don't support that one o! he will now think that she actually did it and is not even remorse or something. they will still have to talk about it. ignoring or trying to sweep it under the carpet would make matters worse. from what i see, the guy just needs to get an assurance that she didn't cheat as suggested. And ask him where he got the gist from and all. if she decides to ignore, some guys may not talk about it again. and trust me, they have a plan on ground. |
So what exactly does the OP need? he mistreated you...he has gotten married and he has 2 baby mamas already and you're asking us what u should do? you should move on already. there's no need for any compensation unless u want to become his baby mama. just forgive him and move on. I just wonder why ladies stick to those guys that maltreat them and are even more faithful to them to those that treat them right. its just sad. i think i should ditch my gentleman attitude sef, if that's what it takes to make dem ladies loyal . |
Mrkuvuki: Yea onitsha is cheap,I grew up there ...where else can you get a 3Bedroom flat for 120K-220K?Ah! that's extremely cheap o. self con for PH na that range. depending on where u want to rent. |

see i dont know why we the nigerians are wasting a lot of time, our prayer from now should be let buhari, atiku, IBB and the rest of them causing trouble in this nation should all die before d end of these year siimple these people are too old and dont want to go to their villages and read newspapers and allow other people much younger folks to handle the affairs of this country nigeria, for example look at the house of senate, that place is filled with old men, very old men why is it so? IBB is 70 nd is still making noise, buhari is up to 70 i guess and he still wants to rule this country why? lets say he won this past election that means he would step down at age 78!!! whereas Obama just turned 50 why is it so, may God deliver us from the hands of these old fools. |
