Bebetter:Go with GUO for 45k, you can book and pay online. The 6am bus leave Lagos and arrive Abuja 6pm. Same with the7am bus you arrive there at 7pm. You will stop 2 to 3 times to eat or stretch your legs. You will not feel like you’re in a bus because it is new model and has entertainment TV to keep you feel relaxing. Please try choose that seat beside the door so that you can have enough leg rooms and can sleep comfortably if you neee to. I think it’s safer now since there are many soldiers and police on the road. Some even hide in the bush names special ops. Good luck |
Please my bosses in the house, I don't want to make a financial mistake so I bring this to you. I needed a generator that can power my 2hp inverter AC and fridge and someone suggested a 6.5kva kemege although I have kemege of 4kv which still work fine but I don't use it for AC only my fridge and other appliances. I'm skeptical about this kemege 6.5kva inverter generator

Successtube:That is how they are, I’m dealing with one right now and finally be done with her this year ending. Narcissist are like spiders, spinning their invisible webs so that they can trap and ultimately feed of you. When they infiltrate your life, they come across as loving, charming, nurturing and helpful. They mirror all the qualities you admire right back at you. They pretend to like the same things as you. They pretend to LOVE your family and friends — you think you’ve met your ideal soul mate. But it’s all a lie. The woman you are falling in love with does not exist. Instead, she is a predator who will eat you alive, including her very own young. |
ishadfurnitures:I need both around Isuin obafemi owode and I will like to confirm here first if you have both before chatting you on whatapp because I don’t want us to waste each other time |

Dwightventures:Ghana will frustrate your life more, you better move to a better country. Life in Ghana is expensive and it’s not worth it |
I was looking for a small bachelor pad design to build on my farm when I came across this building. I calculated the money spent with the Nigeria exchange rate and it was 6 million naira for a single room and a toilet. I think this is way too much for such building, not even a mini room and parlor with kitchen. Who has a mini one bedroom bungalow design with a big store attached to it to keep livestock feeds?
|
MDDarah84:No, that building with interior is more than 20m |
Ayokequeen:You mean farming is unbefitting business? |
I have been looking for the answers to this question, I don’t understand why some people want to pass their frustration on others just because they’re dealing with hards times. |

virtualbliss:I don’t want to call them out because I did not pay them any money and I don’t want to get sued. You can drop your email address here and I will forward the company flyer to you |
Otiwaikuku:The village is along that Isiun/Ajura road, Obafemi Owode Local government with good motorable road and electricity. Mine is closer to the road that is why it is a bit expensive and I prefer it like that and I bought 3 acres. If I still want to buy more at the back it should be lesser than 2m. The real estate company does not even own any land in that area, the land they showed me was owned by a church who bought 100 acres. I’m thankful someone has been noticing me coming to that land bringing different people and spending money to make sure everything is okay. He called me when I went alone to see the land and he told me the land belongs to a church I didn’t believe him until he bring out his cutlass to clear some part to show me the church sign post all over the land which was not visible before. I couldn’t thank him enough, in fact I sent him good money to appreciate him. That is how I would have paid to a scam company. When I told the real estate company about the church sign post they gave me different excuse saying the inspection guy took me to the wrong place another person at their office told me sometimes they showed people land closer to their own property to let the person know what he or she will be getting. When I get to the land they claim to own, it was a jungle and too much hill and can’t be use for a livestock farm and they don’t even owned that land yet. What they do is they collect money from you and pay to the family, that means using client money to settle the family instead of buying from them outright. I don’t even like doing business with real estate companies but I just wanted to see if this will work out but now I know better. All the land I have acquired is either from Omonile or someone that want to resell.
|
Otiwaikuku:Those real estate company are scammers. I later bought from a village Baale direct @ the rate of 2m per acre and it is a legit land. I have my lawyer make the Deed of Agreement and I collected family receipt |
Otiwaikuku:When I get to their office next week to make payment, I will link you with them. It’s better you go there with someone that knows about land stuff ( Surveyor or Lawyer) I spent some money to do investigation about the land to be on safer side |
Hello, I need a reliable company or individual to send me a quotation to fence a 3 acres farmland with chainlink in Ogun state |
Otiwaikuku:Yes I have decided to buy the first land for my livestock farm because it is closer to the express and has a good road access with stable network and electricity. I will consider the second farm land later maybe for banana plantation or palm oil |
Please anyone has the idea of how much it cost to fence a 3 acres land with chain link ? |
Otiwaikuku:I’m going to both places this weekend with a consultant to help me decide which land to choose. I will keep you updated |
Fembleez1:NO |
shortgun:Thanks for the information, I have been trying to hire a trusted person that knows what he his doing to help me carry out the feasibility study and write a business plan because I can’t do it myself. |
Otiwaikuku:After purchasing mine, I will link you up |
Please experience farmers in the house, I need advice on what to consider before buying farmland for livestock and greenhouse farming ( layers, piggery and cattle) I’m interested in buying farmland in one of this location in Ogun state but I don’t know which one to choose. The first land is at isiun under obafemi owode local government which goes for #800k per acre and I intend to purchase 3 acres. The farmland is closer to the express with good road network and good mobile reception. The second land is located at alabata in Abeokuta under odeda local government, 40 minutes drive from Funnab and it goes for #250k per acre and I intend to purchase 10 acres. The farmland is 40 minutes drive from FUNNAB, manageable road network, bad mobile network reception, virgin soil for better farming. Please experience farmers in the house I need your contribution to know which farmland I should go for. Thanks in advance |
Otiwaikuku:Fulani herdsmen will disturb you in Iseyin, best state to buy a farm land is ogun state because it is closer to Lagos |
bayfam:Yes the alabata land is legit, the person in charge is on nairaland and I have met him in person before. It’s cheaper because it is a 40 minutes drive from FUNNAB and the road is manageable. There is another land at alabata for 500k per acre but not 40 minutes drive from Funnab. I haven’t decide the one I should go for. I’m just waiting for the experience farmers to help me choose |
CoronaVirusPro:Thanks for the information, both lands are genuine with proper documentation and I will also involve my lawyer to avoid stories that touch like you said. |
