The other day, I was listening to one of the Pro-RUGA apologists and he said, "why we can take our cows anywhere and take any piece of land as ours is that the land belongs to no one else but God". I looked at his face and, surprisingly, the guy who said this thing I have told you, was serious. He obviously thought himself wise in saying that. Yet, you all know how wrong he was. But, to me, this is not about being wrong. It is about being selfish and petty. How do I know? Why doesn't that guy allow me to take any of his cows any time I want, since God made those cows? He lays claim to the cows because he knows he deserves the claim since he has acquired those cows through labour, inheritance or whatever. He believes he has a right to own his cow but another person doesn't have a right to own a piece of land he has acquired through labour, inheritance, purchase or whatever means we have come to agree on.

In the face of this kind of reasoning, I have always wondered why is this person thinking this way? Why is he thinking as if he is not a human being? Now watch this video of a herdsman bleeping a cow and you know why some people reason like cows.

Let not cows and humans be citizens of one country. These people who bleep cows have more affinity to cows than to human beings and that is why they will kill human beings because of cows. They share the same citizenship with cows than with human beings...emotionally, mentally and otherwise. You see the religious reason why these people use their cows to destroy the crops that will feed us in a year across the country: It is because they believe those crops belong to God, so they have the right to give it to their cows. But their cows belong to them, not to God.

As for me, my personal experiences with him are:
1. I once went to his church and I was forced to buy a N200 pamphlet before I could enter.
2. I saw him guarded by police and army men and I wondered how a person who claims so much divine power had to be protected by men.
3. A Muslim friend told me he took his ailing sister to Synagogue and TB Joshua told them to buy a bottle of water for N5000 that it would heal the lady. He said he was ready to convert to Christianity if his sister was healed. But after doing everything he asked them to do his sister remained sick.
