I was perusing Google as to my navel pain( am 14 weeks +) and I came across this well detailed website ( I don't know if it is right to paste it here cos I don't want to be misconstrued as advertising some stuff. Am 13 weeks today but feeling really tired and my left arm/ palm is feeling numb, arghhhhhh .

This brings back memories during my service year in 2009. I NEVER believed this story then when people narrated their experience but, it then happened to me.

I had gone to collect my last alawi from Municipal Microfinance bank and wanted to board a cab to Wuse. Fortunately, I sat close to the door behind, one guy sat at the other end , a female in the middle and another guy in front.

Same reason the driver gave 'avoiding traffic -ish' and I found out we were on the express.

Conversation started , I knew I don enter am based on the stories I had heard and I was the only one not contributing in the vehicle. Immediately , I complained of stomach ache and needed to use the toilet, the driver parked and the lady kicked me out. I had little bruises but, I was glad I escaped.

It is well.

Immediately she called my father and they went to meet the man and lo and behold he had ran away. My problem now is should I explain to my hubby all this? Will he still love me? My readers please i need your honest advice.

(As some people have said here, it would have been easier of you had known about it and told your husband aforehand. ).

I feel your dad should be the one to explain to your husband about the recent news you just got( man to man). It should make things a lot better cos he might think you and your mum framed the story( just saying!) .

I was also abused as a child ( but i was aware and told my husband while courting my story)and married a virgin with little blood shedding on our first night.

I believe the folic acid is combined with B12(cyanocobalamin). The rest of the supplements are:

Calcium
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
And other supplements.

U can take peppery food if Dats wat u tolerate but watch it oo
If tolerated but also take it minimally(tom tom)
Sum don't even start antenatal until 2nd trimester or early third,nt indulginug u ooo
Sum poo and sum urinate, body system differs
U shld start folic acid one tablet daily and iron tabs. Dats all u nid for now.. enjoy the preg experience

Welcome on board. Well as for me the only thing that stays in my stomach is something peppery, if its not peppery I can't eat and I am over 17weeks gone and my doctor encouraged me to keep eating as long as it stays in my stomach, but as they say pregnancy is different for every woman, so I think you should ask your doctor or wait till other preggy mamas answer you.

I didnt take tom tom, cos I felt it was too concentrated although there is a new bran of tomtom with fruits around that is not so strong as the normal type we know, but I will suggest that you try MENTOS (the blue one that has mint), other mentos were to sugary for me and made me vomited more, I can have one piece of mentos in my mouth for 3hours slowly dissolving it and I wont spit or vomit.

My first scan was 12weeks, but my doctor does a scan each time I go for antenatal so just chill.

For the poo, I hope its not watery and not diarrhea, pls rehydrate your self or take ORS to keep you hydrated and talk to your doctor about it.

Well informed thread I must say and am glad to me here.
I am 6 weeks plus gone by His grace and have been feeling superb till now ( between nausea and spitting ).

Please I want to ask these question:-
1. Can I take not so peppery pepper soup once in a while?
2. Is tom tom good for me now?
3. Frequent visits to the toilet to do the major(poo), is it normal?
4. I have not started ANC, was told by the Doc where I did ultrasound to chill till 8 weeks from now but I should take things slow, does that apply too?

i was posted 2plateau state but my dad aint gnna lemme go, so am jst gna defer til d next batch, i.e. batch a 2014, started buying my tinz since august....... 5 wyt shorts, 6 round neck, 4pairs of socks, 24 passport 4tographs, 2red pens, 3blue pens, 1 black pen, tippex, gum, panadol, ampicillin, tetracyclin, padlocks, stapler, waist pouch, dunlop slipz, rubber slipz, nyt wears, undies, 1pair of wyt sneakers, rechargeable lamp, detergent, bathing soap, washing soap, cornflakes, milk, sugar, SP, sunglasses, dettol, shower cap, hair net, copiz of my certificate, cv n ID card and sunday wears av bn packed in my box snc 27th of October, got my call-p leta on d 31st, but i gtta defer till next batch.................................... jst shows dat truly, MAN PROPOSES, BUT GOD DISPOSES.......................... ll jst get my self busy til den
