I know some People who are financially okay but they pay heavily Renting an Apartmemts rather building or buying house ,

There are some Land ,One Plots that are still within the range of 500k to 1 Million ,You advise them to buy ,They would not ,Yet they pay as much as 1.5 Million Naira per year for 3 bedrooms flats .
