when operational, it would produce enough plutonium for 2 nukes annually
it was enriching uranium and was building more facilities

in 2026, iran has no heavy water reactor (gave it up during the jcpoa)

The Ship in question isn't carrying Iranian oil. The Rich ​Starry tanker is ​carrying about 250,000 barrels of methanol on board
